We love our sign! I scoured the internet before deciding to order my sign from Sculpt Neon. It was a super easy process and the sign showed up in the time frame they said it would (even a little earlier than expected I believe). There was a small issue with the power supply when it arrived, bit customer service was easy to work with and sent out a replacement part that arrived very quickly. We've had our sign hanging for a few weeks now and constantly get compliments on it. We LOVE it!

I never write reviews - having spent 20 years working in hospitality my sole has been slowly destroyed by reading them. If I have something to say it’s always private.

The Neon Sign I’ve just got and have given to my mate for her Birthday has blown my mind (and Hera). It’s SO much better than I’d hoped and I honestly, I cannot thank you enough.

I got 14 mates to chip in for this sign for her 40th Bday present and I was so worried I’d mess it up (as per) but I have come out a KING!

Thank you for all your help back and forth, all the proofs you did (I’m sorry) resizing, different fonts etc… Your FB messenger chat was great. Thanks also for reply to my questions on your Insta photos when I wanted to know colours and fonts.

It arrived in the time frame you gave and the quality is SO much better than I could have hoped for. Price was super reasonable and customisation options endless.

Buyer beware!!!
Buyer beware!!!! I ordered a last minute neon sign for my niece and requested it be delivered by 25/02. It was to be used for her 18th birthday. I paid $100 for express shipping(as well as the sign being more expensive than anywhere else on the net). I believed the head office was in Melbourne(it is NOT). I was promised from my initial enquiry right through to the 23/02 that we would receive the sign by the date. The sign was sent from China on 24/02. Needless to say, the sign did not arrive until a week later. I was offered a refund on the express shipping and have not received it. I have tried to get my money back through PayPal, with no success. All I can do now is warn others that this business scammed me by promising something it could never deliver. I stressed out the entire week after I ordered it as they ignored my messages for hours and hours at a time and gave me false hope to get my business. I would give no star if I could. Horrible experience! An absolute disgrace!
