I had my car fixed after a major accident and the job was fantastic. Being a new car I was worried that they couldn't match the paint but they perfected it. Another bonus was that I was supplied a hire car for the whole time it was getting repaired.

Service from time I stepped in the door great and the assessor advised me, he sore great workmanship.

Friendly and professional staff. Didn't have to go through different people each time I called as with RACV. Having a hire car with no questions asked was great. So nice not to have to do anything myself. Car took a little longer than I would have liked to be fixed but I guess, given the number of public holidays this month, this was to be expected. Overall very pleased with service and would recommend them.

Without a doubt - the most comprehensive and stress free process I have ever experienced! The customer service was phenominal. The moment I called smashmasters every single little detail was handled and the worry taken away from me. I was offered the use of a loan car and the rest was done for me!
