Really enjoyed my experience with Sokol Designer Furniture, have never really used a designer but was very impressed with the outcome, I felt listened and respected, defiantly great value!

The thought of purchasing a marble dining table online and sight unseen was rather daunting for me, until reading all the information and reviews Sokol provide on their website as well as the store manager who has excellent customer service skills. The table was delivered in 3 days and is stunning! I am so happy with my purchase and look forward to adding some dining chairs in the near future.

Terrible service. Brought 2 chairs but told one wasn't in stock ( after I paid) they said they would contact in a day or two to when confirm ready ( as collecting from their storage), but they didn't. I emailed them. They then said no stock left.
I asked for refund. No answer to my 2 emails. So I rang them.
Spoke to guy who eventually told me it would take up to 5 days for refund to be organised. Not happy with this: I said their communication was terrible, along with his manner and poor customer service. Was told ' well that happens' !!
They also took back the 5% discount given when I brought chairs. Reeaally?? A token for my trouble would have been appreciated here. Very disappointed.

I ordered a replica floor lamp which unfortunately was damaged on arrival. Sokol were superfast to arrange replacement after accepting proof of damage;however again one part arrived damaged in transit- I think the design did not make for easy packing over a long distance. They were quick to offer replacement or refund. I was very impressed with their customer service and am happy with the a different lamp I ordered .

Ordered a fantastic replica coffee table from here and it is beautiful, the quality is excellent. The delivery fee from Melbourne was amazing, 42.00 and it was a really heavy item. The table has 45kg glass top. I could not find the same item anywhere else at such a good price. Also if you sign up for newsletters you get a %5 discount on your first purchase, even if it is already on sale. They don't bombard you with mail either, just notices of sales etc.

I saw this business on WOMOW and after browsing through their website, I fell in love with the "Rabbit Lamp". As I had a birthday coming up, I asked my mum to get it for me and its now pride of place in my loungeroom. Some people think its a bit quirky and as the description says, it's certainly a talking point! I've seen the same thing elsewhere but the price was the best here ane the service was perfect. Fast delivery with no hitches whatsoever. I'll be back!
