Hi Darrenn2, thanks for the heads-up. Businesses that charge like a wounded bull but fail to deliver are a huge disappointment. In our opinion, it is vital to register your dissatisfaction with the business in question so that they are made aware of the issue and are given the opportunity to resolve it. I actually did go back to them again and even took my old hard drive back to see where my music went to however they tried again to transfer it over but when they did and i got home the folders were empty. I havent been back again

Data corruption is a common problem. The $100 hard drive in a computer is not to be trusted, it is prone to failures and data corruption. We understand it's very annoying to loose your music that you spent hours collecting.
