After some very disappointing dealing with other companies, I was extremely pleased to finally find one that impressed me.
Russell came over at the time as arranged, did an exceptionally thorough job and charged an honest price. I will most definitely be using him again for any future aircon or heater issues.

After struggling to find someone to immediately come and diagnose an issue with our heating system, I finally got hold of Russell from Split System Down Under.
He was a pleasure to speak with over the phone and made it even more convenient for me by promptly responding to several emails.
I was made aware of the minimum costs and possible extra charges if necessary (which weren't needed int he end).
He attended the appointment when scheduled and explained exactly what he did and found.
There was absolutely no BS from this guy and I really appreciate that in a tradesperson.
He is definitely rated highly on my recommendation and reliable tradesperson list!
Don't bother with anyone else - just call this company. You won't be disappointed.
