This is the best place to go if you need gluten-free or any health foods. We always buy their organic garlic and veggies,plus they have a comprehensive range of vitamins and a naturpath service.

It has a large variety of health foods and vitamins. It's basically like a mini supermarket. Staff are helpful and it is great for gluten free goods.

My husband and I found the website for Sunnybrook Health Store when we were searching online for local suppliers of Passionflower Tea (which is said to have natural properties that can help people experiencing insomnia). We don't live far from the store so we decided to go straight in and buy some.

The store has a huge range of different health food products (not just tea, although the range of teas is pretty comprehensive as well!) We ended up spending an hour in the store just browsing through all of the different products on sale.

While our main objective was to get the tea (which we did) we would definitely come back again to get any specialty organic or health products that we might need in the future.

A fantastic store that has the biggest gluten free range of products I've ever seen. Very helpful staff.

I discovered Sunnybrook a few years ago and it is well worth the 40mn drive it takes me to get there. Most of the items I buy I cannot find anywhere else on my side of town - the range is outstanding. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I have contacted them via phone and email as well and they have always given good service that way too.

i was sad this shop moved from glenhuntly to ormond as it is a bit further away but i still go there because the shop sells so many products I like to buy. The staff are informative and always helpful. the stock they sell is amazing.

Sunnybrook is GREAT! I am recently diagnosed coeliac and oh my god did i freak out! then a friend told me about this place and now i'm cruising. Im a student and can't afford to see a nutritionist so the advice they give in store is really valuable to me. the staff go out of their way to help, even iving me a tour of the store and filling me in on the yummiest products. GO TO SUNNYBROOK, ITS THE BEST!

With Naturopaths and Nutritionists constantly on staff, this shop is a jewel for those of us who are interested in improving our health but cannot afford official consultations. The staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help. They specialise in gluten free foods and this place is a paradise for anyone who thought that gluten free eating was restrictive. they have everything!

I was shocked to see my previous review for Sunnybrook has been deleted when no personal attacks or any other ‘don'ts', just experience, was supplied. I will therefore restate;
Being a Coeliac, I discovered Sunnybrook thru newsletters from the Coeliac Society. I visited there often but found it hard to justify their overpriced stock, 2 small bags of food amounting over $120 made me feel ripped off. While stock is plentiful, the layout is cramped and often has you moving out of the way so others can browse through.

However, the service is what left the most to be desired. Hurried, unfriendly and often times downright rude. Customer service is making the customer feel welcome and giving advice and service in a kind matter, not ignoring you at the counter and just scanning thru your items without acknowledgement (or even a smile!).
Now, I rather locally buy gluten free, lactose free, etc. food staples at a reasonable price than have a visit to this store.

Great place to shop. For someone who has coeliac disease like myself, being able to shop somewhere with confidence knowing that items are 100% gluten free is important.
