I love this sushi because its so cheap but the quality is really good and the variety is fair as well. I usually go for sushi sushi but this is way better

Really good sushi here. Fresh and heaps of variety. Go early on before lunch to avoid the busyness and crowds. My favourite is the tuna and also the californian roll. Close to the station

I find the quality of the Sushi is Fantastic. Always fresh, they are always making new sushi throughout the day.
However sometimes I find the service lacking. It is a bit "Factory" like in that they seem to just get people in the door and push them out again, in the quickest way possible. Sometimes a more polite Hello, or Welcome wouldn't go astray!

I love grabbing some hand rolls from the Sushi Factory when time allows. The spicy prawn is my favourite, but I do grab some fresh salmon when I'm not in a spicy mood. The fresh fish here is great, and because they always seem to be packed with I go, I can trust that the fish hasn't been sitting in that window all day. The place is pretty small, so it's during lunch you have to fight your way through, and there have been a couple of times that I haven't been given a fork or chop sticks, so just remember to grab some before you leave. And because they're by the train, I bet if they opened in the morning time, they could triple their business with people who want their food for lunch but don't work near by. Other than that, I could eat there everyday if given the chance!

Best Sushi around, love it! Quality is great. And tastes delicious. Always consistent. Would be good if they opened a little earlier though as would love to grab some on the way to work.

Fantastic sushi bar in Bentleigh! Great prices- value for money! And decent sized sushi rolls! Always fresh due to high turnover and can't fault it! Gets a bit busy at times but that just proves how good it is!

Sushi factory is probably the best sushi shop in Bentleigh to me. With a good range of hand rolls and some sushi packs, that would be enough for us to grab and go.

The shop is just next to Bentleigh railway station so that's so convenient for us commuters. The quality of sushi is satisfactory and the size is bigger than sushi from their competitors on Centre Rd. Service is just fine for me but there is no need to complain about. To sum this up, If you look for something quick and easy to eat on the go, Sushi factory is your real good choice.

Best sushi ever. They are always flat out in here. Prices are fabulous and given the size of the queues the food is to die for.
High turnover therefore food is always fresh and not sitting around all day like some other bars.

This is the best Sushi I have ever had. The spicy prawn is to die for. What I like about this place is they are busy, open long hours and the food is very fresh. The staff are hard working and the queues do not last long. On one occaision we forgot to pick up an order, they rang us as they were about to close and stayed till we got there. That was a near disaster. Thanks heaps.

Best sushi on Centre Road! Very fresh (you can watch the girls make it) and tonnes of different flavours. Other items on the menu are great. I highly recommend the japanese chicken schnitzel. Sushi is a little dearer than the other shop down the road but the quality and freshness is much better. Gets really busy around lunch time and after school and shop is quite small so I probably wouldn't recommend eating in, I would recommend getting your sushi take away. They also do awesome sushi platters for our work functions. 2 thumbs up to the Sushi Factory!
