Disgraceful. Charged me $100 call out fee to come and look at a part after I had given them details of problem, model number and what i needed. Quoted me a part that was 4 times the price, plus said they will charge labour on top of that. Clear extortion on prices here.

Samsung used these guys to repair my in-warranty front-loader. Their communication was excellent - from giving a time window of visit, to a call from the repair person when they were on their way. Parts were needed to be ordered for a second visit, and this happened very quickly. (covered by warranty) Repair people very polite and neat, did not leave any mess, were very pleasant. If i had to pay, i would go to them again.

Called Tuesday explained the problem , received text Wednesday confirming time. Technician arrived Thursday morning with the parts and provided Prompt, Efficient, polite service.

Great service. Called the Good Guys Sunday and Sydney Appliance Service was here the following Thursday. They arrived with replacement part for our Samsung fridge even though I had only mentioned it was making a strange noise. Technician then said he would replace fridge seals as they were mouldy, ordered parts and was back to install within a week. Calls were made to confirm appointments and technician called when he was within 20mins. Don't think you can find better service than that.
I would never use this business. Dodgy and don't do the work properly. Have had to have them back 3 times for the same problem
My oven broke down so I filled out the online form (with the correct address details) and they were prompt in calling to arrange an appointment. The technician called on the day and was quite rude to me for not being at the home awaiting him - but he had gone to the wrong address! (not the customer fault considering I had emailed the address clearly). The technician eventually found me and spent all of 10 minutes looking at the oven - he then proceeded to charge me $105 for this (he factored the time he had spent at the wrong address which as the customer is not my fault as I had provided the correct address and was there at the time i said i would be). I was then told a part had to be order which I agreed to - the impression the website gave was that they stocked these parts and that it wouldn't take more than 3 weeks to arrive (I was told 5-10 business days). All in all I was quite disappointed in the communication, service and prices charged (over $300 to fix an oven element).
