my fridge wasn't cooling properly, everything was freezing. had to wait a couple of days for a technician to come out. i had to wait for the part which did take a while but when i spoke to the director of the company he helped me greatly and got the matter fixed quickly- fantastic person!! fridge was fixed and works perfectly - no more problems!

These guys have just been to my home to fix 2 appliances and I could not fault the service. Phone staff were polite and efficient, turned up promptly and the service man was polite and he cleaned up after himself. Would highly reccomend this company.

My Refrigerator was not cooling called company and the call center was very helpful and booked it in same day fridge was fixed i would recommend this company A++++++

My Samsung fridge broke and Samsung recommended them to me. Their call center was not too good because they don't have a provision for emergencies. I had to wait 2 days before they could look at it. And when they did look at the fridge I had to wait a week for a spare part. It was a bit messy and I was not too happy.
