Very disappointed. Picked up my dress and on inspection, i immediately noticed a small stone in the skirt. I mentioned it to the staff member who looked a bit surprised but then said it couldn't be removed. I didn't know what to say then.
I handed her the 50% voucher they had given me when i had my dress steamed with them and she pulled out a calculator and said '$880 and with the 50% off voucher, that comes to $440'.
Shocked? Yes. Ripped off? Yes.
I paid, took my dress, got in my car and cried.

I have had my wedding dress dry cleaned here and would recommend this dry cleaner. Their customer service is fantastic and the quality of their work is great and value was excellent.

I can't really comment on price as I didn't shop around, but the staff were lovely and handled the gowns with care (and the use of white gloves). They will store your gown in either a bag or box depending on your preference. I brought my dress in 6 years after our wedding and it has come up like new. They even managed to get the pollen out of the skirt. If you want your wedding dress taken care of and put in the hands of someone you can trust, this is them.

I had my wedding dress cleaned at Syndal's Bridal Dry Cleaners after my wedding in January 2011. My dress got pretty dirty (it poured with rain all day!!! in the middle of Summer!!!) but they managed to clean the dress really well. They were very gentle with the delicate silk fabric to ensure that it wasn't damaged in the cleaning process. I was asked to come in and view my dress after the cleaning was complete and then picked it up the following week in a custom-made storage box.

All in all, I thought it was reasonably good value for money considering the condition of my dress.

Something to note is that you can only pay by cash or bank deposit. I found this to be fairly inconvenient and probably would have looked to other speciality dry-cleaning businesses if the dress didn't need to be cleaned so urgently.

Just picked up my gown about 2 weeks ago !!! Just amazing work !! They removed all the stains & they packed it in a beautiful box. They were also much cheaper than other so called specialist dry cleaners.I found they were about $60 cheaper than the closet quote I got & that was just from a normal dry cleaner. They only do wedding dresses & fancy dresses so you know its going to be looked after. The service was also really good. Highly rec !!

I brought my wedding dress off-the-rack and wanted it dry cleaned and pressed before the big day. Syndals were reasonable about my request, given it had not been worn and was therefore not especially dirty, and the price was fair. Of course not having worn the dress I was concerned about something going wrong in the process. Sydnals put my mind at ease and I had the dress back in perfect condition within a week.

These guys work magic! I am absolutely wrapped with the service and the quality of their work. They managed to get the stains out of my dress and even resewed sequins and pearls that went missing or were falling off. They are quite pricey though.
