Lynne was lovely from the moment we started chatting about our wedding ceremony.

She had everything set up early on the day and added nice little touches, such as some flowers on our signing table and sashes around the seats.

She was very quick in responding to my emails and any concerns I had, and made sure everything ran very smoothly.

Thanks heaps Lynne!

Thank you so much for your kind comment Marlies. I'm so glad you loved your wedding ceremony setup your choice of aisle via the hedge looked gorgeous. I've enjoyed working with you to create your ceremony and wish you both a wonderful life together. Lynne

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with Tappa Nappa. They were disorganised and we felt the items delivered and used on the day of our wedding were not as promised or accurately described. They also owed us money and took nearly 4 months to pay it back after lawyers got involved. Disappointing and wouldn't recommend them.

You did not supply 60 chairs. You supplied 45
You did not supply the white aisle runner.
You did not supply the ten sashes.

You promised us verbally on Saturday night a full refund.
You won't return out calls.

We will take this to VCAT if you do not contact us or refund our money within 1 business Day

Atrocious Service.

Poor service, no accountability when they don't deliver on items we paid for! Terrible lack of customer service when they make a mistake!

Tappa Nappa forgot to deliver vases for our centrepieces for a wedding of 350 guests in The Great Hall at the National Gallery of Victoria. We (bride & groom) had to contact them do bring the vases when we arrived at reception. Late, they brought assorted shaped vases that couldn't hold the centrepiece flower & branch arrangement and kept falling over into the guests meal. It made our whole night run 1 hour late as we couldn't welcome guests in until centrepieces arrived.

I am so disappointed with the customer service as I have had to continually follow up with calls and emails, waiting weeks-months for a reply. I still have not received a reply, so I am forced to this review.

No acceptance of fault or formal apology or monetary compensation was given. If you want to ensure that your wedding centrepieces will be there on time, DO NOT USE TAPPA NAPPA.

Our local club used TappaNappa for a not for profit presentation evening. Although they were always happy and helpful she was very pushy when it came to payments. She wanted up front payment (I admit we booked late) so that may be why. Then came back and told us we must give the linen lady a $200 deposit asap (this was never mentioned in the original booking) - mind you all of us a volunteers and have jobs, so I quickly email our program director and she is very busy at work and says she will do it. We then added table numbers to the order again before anything would be done another $317 was demanded. I tried explaining that we are all volunteers with jobs and the clubs account couldn't be accessed by eff and all money's paid was from our program directors personal account. She was sympathetic but unmoving. On the day of the event we were promised star table numbers without being asked they arrives with a different shape saying she couldn't get the stars. We told them the table numbers well before the event and they arrived short with the tea lights and candles so at about 4.30 she made a mad dash to try and buy more. Needless to say the tables did look really nice. However we are now 3 1/2 weeks since the event and after many, many, many requests for the deposit of $200 back and a number of promises that it would be done our program director is still $200 out of pocket! I have text and sent emails and since Wednesday 11/11 they refuses to answer my messages. If you have another choice or option use it the trouble I have had trying to get the money back is maddening. TappaNappa is unprofessional and very hard to deal with and now still haven't given us our money back. Be careful when you think about using TappaNappa and rethink it!

We hired TappaNappa to provide us with our wedding ceremony decorations, set up the outdoor site and also manage the ceremony, ie greet the guests, handout favours and play the music etc. We provided them with the music and the order we wanted it to be played in. A few days before the wedding we met with them at the ceremony location to discuss how we would like everything to be set up. They assured us they would be at the site early enough to have everything set up before the first guest arrived and that they would be dressed in suits.

On the day when guests had started to arrive, the setup had barely been started, it wasn't even complete when the groom arrived, the red carpet was still rolled up and the chairs weren't even unfolded. The groom was then informed that the MP3 player had been forgotten....with all of our music on it. They were also dressed very badly in a grubby t-shirt and pants and the guests were not adequately greeted. I actually had some of the guests comment later that they thought they were some random guys just trying to see what was going on. Not a 'concierge to the bride' as they like to call their service.

When I arrived I was told that the music had been forgotten and that the assistant had been sent up the road to see if he could down load it onto his phone. Luckily I had what was supposed to be the back ground music on my MP3 player, so after 20 minutes of waiting for the assistant to return I decided that that would have to do for my bridesmaids and I to walk down the aisle to. When it started playing I thought it actually sounded nice. My flower girl and bridesmaids all walked down the aisle and then it was my turn. And the music stopped. I had to walk down the aisle in silence.

After the ceremony we got apologised to quite a few times and we initially said it was ok. We just didn't want it to ruin our day. You could see that all the decorations - and we didn't have a lot - were put up very hastily and the red carpet was old, worn out and had cigaretter burns all over it.

The following Monday I thought surely we will get another apology for stuffing up so badly. But I didn't hear a thing so on the Tuesday I sent the business partner an email stating my disgusted. I was informed that she wasn't aware that this had occurred and would sort the matter out. I was told that it was a timing thing, that it wasn't calculated how long it would take for them to get to the ceremony site - a poor excuse given they had traveled there a few days earlier.

As an apology they offered to contact a photographer and organise a day to set up the site and have photo's of me walking down the aisle again free of charge! I found this to be extremely insulting as it would take a bit more than just decorations to recreate that special moment. I never received an apology that seemed at all genuine.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! They were completely incompetent!
