Hmm.... they honestly seem like the type who drive an extra few k's to earn their extra few dollars. Not honest, friendly service like i would expect. As a girl out late at night, i want a secure, comforting and reliable driver. Not someone rude and seedy who wants to make a couple of extra bucks out of me. Not pleased at all.

Not a service you can rely on if you want to get somewhere quick. I booked a cab for my boyfriend to get home at 7:45 so he could get to a specific station that'll take him home. His train comes at 10 past 8 and it only takes about 15 mins to get to the station, irregardless we were better safe than sorry, so we booked it earlier. We waited till about 7:55 and called up Taxis combined, they said that 2 taxis accepted the booking but they cancelled it because they " had troubles getting here" we waited until 8:40 for the cab to get here. Very very disappointing how taxis are able to accept or ignore the bookings, most drivers don't accept your booking if its under $20. I just don't understanding why they made the service run like this. In my opinion, I would not recommend. Although I would recommend silver service, they may be a bit more pricey but they are way more reliable and their cabs are much cleaner (so are the drivers).

I am aware that Taxi Combined now look after over 60% of Sydney Taxi's. I believe this may have got to their heads.
The drivers are often rude and un-friendly.
A number of times I have used a Taxi Combined cab, told him my destination and then suddenly we travel off track. I am not sure if it is my strong English accent but I do believe they like to make a few extra bucks off me. Sometimes I have to become very adamant to make them go the way I am used to.
This can become frustrating when I simply want to go from A to B quickly.

I have been so far satisfied with every ride that I have had in the taxi combined services. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Sometimes they seem to talk a lot, which is kind of distracting, but it is ok - I dont mind it much. My wife was not particuarly happy when the cabbie kept on talking to me and I was not able to talk to her much ...

I was driving on Anzac parade when a combined taxi cut me right off when i rang the taxi company to complain they said it was probably my fault and that they would see if the driver was in the area by checking his gps and told me that they would get back to me they never did also alot of the combined taxies go through zebra crossings while people are trying to cross maybe they should go for their licence again

My partner rang Taxis Combined and booked a pick up for 5:15 pm to go to the airport for a flight we were catching. When 5:30 came and no taxi arrived, we rang, and while the operator was "checking" the status of our reservation, she hung up on me. Upon calling back, I was told car #XXXX was en route. At 5:40 (at which point we were becoming concerned we'd make our flight), I rang back, and was hung up on again. We opted to ring Legion on the spot for the next available cab. At 5:45 I rang back TaxisCombined as the Legion cab approached, to cancel the reservation we made with them & ask why they take bookings if they cannot guarantee the cab will arrive. They said booking times are not guaranteed and they take no liability for any issues caused when cabs don't turn up. The worst part was, as we drove towards the airport, in the Legion cab, we saw 3 TaxisCombined cabs waiting at the taxi rank about 2 minutes/1k from our house. Be forewarned, they're fine to hail, but do not ever make a TaxisCombined booking and expect them to honour it.
