visited this café a couple of times. The coffees were okay. The cakes were a bit too dry despite being cheaper than other places. The way the waiters handle the food may need to improve and so is its presentation and quality of food.

We go there almost every week - which says something. The food is good and well-proportioned. However, with the exception of two of the more mature waitresses the service is poor, especially when busy. As I said food is good but kitchen is slow.
We especially like the Arena rissotto and the fish & chips. My son loves the "Big breakfast" which is propbably big enough for two.

Great coffee in a convenient location. I have not had a meal here yet but the coffee never fails to disappoint. Standard café pricing, $3.50. The only minus is that last time I was seated at my table for 10 minutes before a waiter came to take my order.

Love this little cafe. Open and spacious. Heaps of tables so you never have to wait although it can get quite busy at lunch. Great place to meet friends and great coffee. Had coffee there this morning. Good value.

Great food and coffee at this place which is why I keep going back, but the service is ordinary at the very best.
They have table service but I often sit there for 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order.
Great range of dishes and cakes are always so fresh.

This is a nice little cafe. It has nice service and nice coffee. The Cafe has nice staff and is at a good price. I would recommend this to all my friends.

I went there a couple of times to catchup with friends and really enjoyed their cappacinos:) Lots of tables and seats available. Staff were friendly too.

You don't usually expect such good quality food from a shopping center cafe but Arena Cafe has some really excellent dishes that you would expect from a proper restaurant. The meals are well portioned and excellently seasoned.

Top recommendations are, The Arena Risotto (Bacon, Spinach, Chicken, Mushrooms), The Seafood Risotto,The Fish and Chips, The Vegetarian Breakfast (ask for their Dark Rye toast). Don't forget to leave room for the cakes which are served in deliciously huge portions with cream or ice cream.

It can take a while to get your food, but I think this may be on the side of the kitchen than the floor staff, who are quite attentive and helpful. The layout of the restaurant around the central serving area makes it hard for them to see across the restaurant so it may be hard to get someone's attention when they are on the other side of the serving bar.

We've come here for date nights and sometimes with the little guy in tow and have found the location quite adequate for either situation.

Lovely meals. Great customer service. The staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome. Great place to take the whole family. We also enjoy having dinner their on our "date night", great place to sit down, talk and catch up.

When I went there yesterday, they were very busy and it took a long time before a waiter even saw us and then for our food to arrive. Normally service is much better than that though. Food is always very tasty and is my favourite cafe to dine in at The Glen.
