I went to Barber Club Bentleigh with my son Sam. We waited for our turn and we got Joni as our Barber couldn’t recommend him more amazing. We have been back 3 times since and we will continue coming to see Joni

I've just had THE worst haircut I've ever had in my entire life thanks to these idiots. I've had to get my old trimmers out and give myself a number 2 all over to get rid of it, it was that bad. I'm starting a new job on Monday, now I look like a skinhead from the 80's.
The incompetent who did it looked like [Retracted Identifying comment], so it wasn't like it was a young apprentice.
There will probably be a reply like 'oh we're very sorry to hear of your blah blah blah....' but that won't sort it out.
I know there are a lot of worse things happening in the world, but nobody is happy after a terrible haircut.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

You really haven't done yourself any favours by replying like this have you? First you do a terrible haircut, and now you reply with a borderline abusive comment. All your potential customers will read it. And hopefully go somewhere else.

It's no use trying to be polite now, you showed your true colours with your first comment. Anyway, It's good to know my comments have been read. I was just wondering, have you ever considered taking a hair cutting course? I'd thoroughly recommend it. Might prevent reviews like this........
The people who work there are really nice and helpful. They always give the perfect hair cut, exactly how I ask for it. They also help me decide how to have it if I am unsure. The quality of their hairdressing is very high! The only thing is it can be a bit expensive but quality does come at a price.

Walked in without a booking. Staff were very friendly, haircut was quick and to my satisfaction. For a barber shop it is expensive. Will come back again though.
