I've been going here for years because he cuts my hair exactly as I ask him, and does a very good job. I'm not into all this customer service rubbish, I judge on quality alone, but having said that he's a good bloke too.

I've just had THE worst haircut I've ever had in my entire life thanks to these idiots. I've had to get my old trimmers out and give myself a number 2 all over to get rid of it, it was that bad. I'm starting a new job on Monday, now I look like a skinhead from the 80's.
The incompetent who did it looked like [Retracted Identifying comment], so it wasn't like it was a young apprentice.
There will probably be a reply like 'oh we're very sorry to hear of your blah blah blah....' but that won't sort it out.
I know there are a lot of worse things happening in the world, but nobody is happy after a terrible haircut.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
