The Body Shop at Indooroopilly is a well presented store, with fabulous, caring staff that don't put the hard sell on you. They have quality products in-store that the staff are happy to let you try, and are happy to offer their expertise and advice, and demonstrate products. The makeup demos are great for ideas and their makeup lasts a long time so is value for money. Great service, Great products!

I like all products from body shop. It smells so nice and lovely. It will be great for gifts when we don't know what to buy. Staffs are very nice, too. Body shop in indooroopilly shopping center is so easily getting in.

I use body shop products regularly, and I recently visited this store to get some more soaps. I found the staff to be so friendly & genuine, asking me & my husband how our day had been, & inviting us to trial the moisturisers & perfumes while we shopped (just for fun), putting us at ease immediately. By the time we left, we felt like we had known them for years!

The staff are soo friendly here! The girl that was seving me new everything about their products, the third world countries the body shop supports and the green practices the body shop uses. She also did a beautiful job of wrapping the gift I brought for my friend.

I was after a specific item and the nice female employee helped me out exceptionally well, I bought it right away. Using the product that afternoon, I found it to be just as it said on the packaging.

The service here is fantastic - a staff member will immediately approach you and offer to help you throughout the shopping process. Staff invite you to try samples of products and know the products very well and are able to offer suggestions on what is best for you. Staff also build rapport with you - whenever I go they always ask me how my day is, who I'm shopping for etc. Their products, though pricey, are original and fun to use. It's always a fun trip to this store.
