We have been here to dine a few times, both on busy nights/afternoons and quieter nights. I have also dined here with just myself and my partner, but also with larger groups.

I always enjoy my food, as do the people that dine with me. I love the menu. I have found all the meals I have eaten here to be of good quality, very substantial and well priced.

I also like that there is room around the tables, you arent knocking the persons chair behind you if you have to get up.

Service has been average - good, nothing really to complain about, although a couple of times it would have been nice if the staff were a little more attentive and friendly.

The eating and bar areas always appear to be clean, as have been the ladies toilets on the days I have used them!

I am quite happy to go keep going back here.

I came here with my sister and my (toddler) son. Service was great, especially with me umming and arring and couldn't make up my mind, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The ambiance is very comfortable and welcoming. Was a very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon. Definitely a place I will be returning to. However, I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant side of The Craftsman, but intend on returning soon to give it a go, so will update my review with that info ASAP.

Waited 20 mins for drinks, off to a poor start, my meal was great loved it, friends steak was ordered medium, came out blue, sent back and came out rare- she refused to pay for her meal. Staff were slow and not very friendly. We had a good night anyway but the service is really lacking. Great atmosphere and a nice place

Only been here once. Pricing is normal. Great customer service. Loved htgt when i went there looking forward to going again. :) a great pub you feel relaxed when there. You can always have a meal while having a drink.

Really nice pub with a sophisticated layout and large menu. The female toilets are exceptionally clean with quite a few cubicles which is always welcomed by us women. The salt and pepper squid is exceptional and the staff have always been friendly and professional.

Came here for my birthday dinner, service was fantastic, meal portions were huge and most importantly the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was great for my birthday. Will be recommending this place for sure and will be coming back very soon!

i heard about this place through word of mouth (haha) and am normally the type of person that sticks to what i already know...but this place has definitely won my heart.
maitre d' was pleasant, staff were chatty and polite, food was sensational...barramundi and prawn and the chicken picante (do it!). we'll be back.

My partner and I only discovered this place on Fathers day and I have to say I was impressed with how the staff coped with it being so busy. We were at carousel doing some last minute fathers day shopping and stopped in for a quick bite, I had the Salt and pepper squid and hubby had a sirloin steak. Both meals were delicious and the waitstaff, although run off their feet were polite and friendly. Can't wait to go back and try some more of the menu.

Walked in without a booking on a Saturday night at 7.00pm and although the place was absolutely heaving the girl at the desk managed to find us a table. The waitstaff were polite and professional, the food was excellent and came out very quickly considering how full the place was. Really good drink selection and some great cocktails on offer. Would definately recommend The Craftsman and will be back again for sure.

Went to the Craftsman for dinner tonight, service was great, the food was delish and the portions were massive! We will definatley be visiting this place more often!
