Jo called me back after my online enquiry and quoted me a price a bit more than my last quote for CCTV and fix of blockage/hour. I've got additional reasons why I needed someone who'd give me reason for a lot of confidence. She spoke easily around the couple of issues I raised, and so I decided to give them a go. Brad called back and explained the $150 credit card deposit system and without being asked he confirmed the details I'd put forward online (particular to me), and his easy manner also helped. Rhys did our job and he did everything right. He seemed totally on top of the understanding that transparency at every step is very meaningful where you have to pay for a service, he had a great manner. I was very very happy and relieved at everything. Thanks very much. When my kid got home having been shopping at the op shop I was told the money I'd spent was perhaps a bit steep, but I explained that the peace of mind provided by the diagnostics, and even being given the footage, is something valuable in the longer term, showing us looking after the place and keeping ahead of things.

Was very satisfied with service, and would not hesitate to recommend The Drain Man to others. We've had a recurring drain blockage problem due mainly to tree roots. Shane, the drain man who came out, was incredibly efficient, friendly and informative. He not only promptly rectified the problem, but was very approachable. Ready to answer all questions and ensured I understood the situation. Even gave a permanent solution to the problem, incase it should happen again. Probably would have saved a lot of time and money, if we'd used the drain man services at the onset of this problem, years ago.

I had a blocked storm water drain that was flooding my front yard and each time it would rain slowly encroach towards my front door.
I decided to call The Drain Man after hearing numerous times the commercial on 3AW.
Shane arrived on time and got straight to work. He did not stop until he had located the issue and was more than happy for me to regularly speak to him and see how he was progressing and he would show me what was going on underground with his camera. He had all the right gear, excellent knowledge and did not mess around.
A very honest and hardworking guy that fixed my problem.
For reasons best known to my nine year old daughter, she loves the drain man commercial on the radio. For her it was bigger than Christmas Day that the Drain Man was coming to our house. She expected some sort of celebrity and although she was a little disappointing that Shane did not actually speak like the guy does on the commercial, he was good enough to make time and talk with her and show her what he was doing. This made her day.

I would have no hesitation in recommending The Drain Man's services. Not only were they competent and thorough, but they did the job whilst respecting that they were in our home and everything that comes with that - proving what great service and professionalism.

We had sewer problems and after several failed attempts to unblock the drain ourselves, we were advised to call The Drain Man which was the best decision we made. The process of the works and pricing were clearly explained beforehand. On the day Shane came out, he was courteous and professional and allowed me to watch the camera vision to see what the issue was. He unblocked our drain and has provided us with a repair plan if we decide we want to go ahead with it. We were very pleased and highly recommend The Drain Man. I live in Lara and I have had issues with my toilet and shower for years, getting the same plumber out to fix it 3 times now. Well he said it was fixed. When it happened for a 4th time, I cracked it. I then heard that annoying add from The Drain Man on 3AW and called them straight away. Best decision ever!

I had The Drain Man out to my property in Rosebud yesterday and cannot reccommend them higher if I tried! -Upfront pricing!-They arrived on time! -And my completely blocked and overflowing Sewer I found out was being caused by Tree Roots. It got cleared and I was provided with a solution to reline the drain without digging! (I thought digging was the only option, how silly!) I'm getting the relining done next week and can't wait!
