Blocked stormwater drain causing backup and overflow from stormwater grate at rear of garage causing garage to flood after this weeks rainfall. As flooding was occuring along neighbours fenceline we were unsure whose pipes may have been causing the problem. Benjamin suggested most probable cause and the blockage was located using CTV and stormwater pipe cleaned and root cutter used. Quote given for permanent repair (reline of pipe.) Benjamin was couteous, professional and explained clearly what the problem was and how it could be fixed.

Cleared and inspected a blocked grey water line. Initial contact was poor but after emailing the office it ran like clockwork. The two plumbers, Luke and Herman, knew their stuff and made sure I understood what they were doing and why. Their communication was excellent, arrived when they said they would and even liked my dog!

I had an emergency sewage problem. These guys fixed the problem, but their communication from the office left a bit to be desired.

I have only praise for the operator who came out and cleared the tree branch problem. But, I rang them first thing in the morning, and the operator didn't arrive until after 5pm. Now, I get that jobs blow out and it's hard to predict when someone might be able to get to you. But what I do expect is that when the operator is obviously not going to make an approximate time, the office keeps in touch. By late afternoon I was frantic, wondering if I should call a different company in case no one was going to show up. (I've heard 'oh yes, someone will definitely be there!' before from other companies, and sometimes no one shows.) I didn't want to take another day off work, and really, raw sewage in the backyard is something of an emergency.

Still, I felt their price was reasonable, and their operator was polite, friendly and competent when he arrived.

Shower drain blocked. The drain was cleared using specialised tools to locate the blockage and then cleared of debris. Keiran was professional and friendly and took the time to explain the problem may reoccur due to tree roots and drain pipe alignment.

Removal of tree root blocking sewerage outlet, by Kieran. At 3:35 I was upset because I hadn't heard from TDM for my 12 to 4 booking. Arrived at 4:20, but once there I quickly forgot my earlier forebodings. Kieran was very professional, efficient. patient - quite happy for me to watch what he was doing. Explained what he was doing, answered questions. I should mention City Edge Plumbing who suggested I contact TDM as did my wife who heard TDM's Ads on 3AW. I'm so glad I didn't contact just any old plumber. Maybe a five star rating when I've had the pipes repaired.
