The back yard was flooded and the smell was awful. I was finally fed up and called the Drain Man. John arrived and was terriffic, smart, knew his stuff, job done, cleaned up, and a quote to repair the drain issues later on (looking forward to my DVD of the broken drain).

After having two local plumbers attempt to unblock a storm water pipe and continued water problems and flooding under the house and into the garage over the last 12 months during moderate to heavy rains I finally called the drain man. I found their approach to be upfront and honest regarding fees, work to undertake, turned up when they said and kept me informed as it progressed subject to what was found lurking in the pipes. They were able to inspect and cleared not one but several severely blocked pipes. The drain men workers Kieran (and apprentice Rory) did a fantastic job. I also extended the work to have the storm pipes that were cracked relined, Amelio and Jock under took this work and did a very thorough job. Whilst not the cheapest you get what you pay for. I now have peace of mind and no further flood damage. Should have used the drain man first.

I work in a food processing factory and we had blocked drains outside. We rang these guys and within the hour they were on the premises, diagnosing the problem and fixing and clearing the drain within the next hour! Very impressed! Not cheap but you get what you pay for and we were very happy with their service

The toilet was blocked, so I sent an email at night. A lady from the office rang at 8am the next morning and the plumber arrived at about midday. He was very efficient and worked very quickly. He explained that the pipe had be blocked by tree roots and cleared it out. I was very impressed with his pleasant manner and the way he went about his task. I will call them again if there is another problem.

The plumber arrived on time with all the equipment he needed. He was very approachable and involved me in the process. He was efficient when it came to diagnosing and solving the problem, and cleaned up afterwards.
