We needed fast response due to blocked toilet drain spewing out... well you know what. We obtained 3 quotes and they were very different. Drain man’s deposit was $100 cheaper! So we were very happy with price. Extremely reasonable as we live in regional Victoria. Cheers to Justin! He worked efficiently and swiftly to diagnose the problem, fix and ensure we were happy. All this within the first hour! I was really happy he used camera, then the drain clearing machine and high pressure water jet just as we had been informed would happen. Justin was polite ringing half an hour before arriving and cleaned out all pipes we were concerned about. We received the video as promised. We are very appreciative and thankful for such a quality specialist who listened to our concerns and acted on them. Thank you to Justin - the Drain Man!

Don’t waste your money on this business. Terrible service and sheer profiteering . I paid $495 for a supposed professional to diagnose a blocked drain only to have the same problem re-emerge less than 5 days later. After ringing to complain I was told a second visit would be charged again despite the problem not being properly rectified on the first visit. This company is money grabbing - look elsewhere - once bitten twice shy . Definitely do not recommend .

Using plumbers who don't use cameras is a waste of time and money. Drain Man has all the equipment and leaves the customer with proof the job is done properly. They also provided full information in a courteous manner.

They have the equipment to inspect and clear blockages. Also provided expert opinion on next steps to remedy permanently.
