We used The Drain Man on Sunday for sewerage leaking from courtyard pipes of 2 units in the 3 unit block we are part of. After no luck with a previous plumber from a popular chain the day before, we just needed someone to unblock the drains and we are so relieved we found one.

Shane from The Drain Man came out within 1-2 hours and was absolutely wonderful to deal with, clearing the common pipe blockages due to tree root invasions that had occurred in 3 different sections of pipe.

Shane was very friendly, polite and professional and talked us through every part of the job and answered all our questions thoroughly. We were able to watch the whole job on CCTV as he analysed the issues and then resolved it. Thanks very much Shane for your exceptional service! We called The Drain Man on a Sunday due to raw sewerage flooding our patio. John arrived within a few hours and arranged with South East Water to clear their pipes and then he returned and did another camera inspection. I was expecting a huge bill to reline the pipes but John said our pipes were fine and no further action was required. I was impressed by his integrity and cannot speak highly enough of The Drain Man.

We have used The Drain Man in 2012, with a long reline of the sewerage on the east of the house. This month we had trouble with the line on the west side and had to have it relined, including right back under the slab to a toilet. The line had never needed attention since laid in 1929!

Shane from The Drain Man cleared the drainage within 4 hours of arrival, and then Ben and Herman did the permanent repair over a week. As previously, all the plumbers were most courteous and efficient, explaining the procedure each day and what progress they were making. It all went very smoothly.

Prices were a lot more than six years ago, not sure why, but excellent job done and guaranteed for 50 years!

Easy to arrange and the plumber showed up very promptly, not only was he able to clear our local drainage problem in a very timely manner but on discovering a blockage beyond the property line was able to arrange for South East water to come and fix that problem the same day.

Easy booking process via office, offered options for times, Plumber communicated arrival time in advance of agreed booking range. Arrived on time, explained issues and showed blockage, cleared and offered long term solution. Tidy, efficient and even took off his boots upon entry to house (was not requested or required). Pipe lining solution not agreed to on the spot as needed to consider options before committing to large expense. Drain not in dire need of replacing on the day as only tree root blockage.
