From first contact to job finish I was given top shelf treatment. Mine turned out to be a big job, as my old terra cotta sewer pipes under the house had many cracks. Herman, Ben and Jaimes kept me informed every step of the way on the clearing and relining and afforded me the utmost courtesy. I had ongoing sewage blockages going back over a few years. I always got out the local plumber who put a camera down the pipes, showed me the blockage and then pressure cleaned the roots out. Some six months later they were back again, and my Plumber would say “You need to replace the pipes?” well after his last visit in Early February 2018 and $500 later he told me the same story. The issue was my main toilet was still blocked. I started to view the prospect of digging pipes, cutting concrete on my Verandas & lifting tiles and concrete in a recently new bathroom. The cost I could see was going to be very high. It was at that point the ring tune from the radio add “Call The Drain Man” popped into my head. Looking on Utube on the process I was impressed.
I made the call and the following day I had The Drain Man specialists Emilio, Rhys and Peter at my house and were so helpful. It is a stressful situation when your sewer overflows AGAIN due to the tree roots you think have been captured.
The guys cleared my line within the 1st hour and provided me with a quotation for a permanent solution with a 50 year Guarantee.
I reviewed the pricing and weighed up the digging and replacing the pipes or realigning the old ones at all the damaged sections which was 19m in total.
I agreed to the quote and the following day specialists Emilio, Rhy’s and Peter spent 3 days patiently relining old sewer pipes and reassuring me it was all OK. They were the nicest guys to have around in a plumbing crisis, could ask any question and they would answer.The process is very good to observe. I highly recommend them! Excellent result, albeit expensive. Shane was our Drain Man and was very professional and thorough, explaining what he found as he went. An old property with old plumbing so it took some finding where the pipes went. Shane asked me along the way if I wanted him to continue, which I appreciated. Follow up was also appreciated. Would be very comfortable dealing with Shane and the Drain Man in the future.
