Emily is amazing and is very supportive. She listens to what you have to say and hears the areas you struggle with and sets a plan and works closely with you to achieve the change you need. Emily helps you trust the process but also see that it works. I originally had doubt but when I put the activities into practice I saw the change. Emily is very calming to talk to and you feel very comfortable and not judged, she really is the gentle life coach and works with you.
Emily is an amazing coach. She can keep up with my very busy and noisy brain. She is truly gentle in her approach and passionate about her work. I wish I had met her sooner. She is supportive and always positive & practical in her approach to life.
