The Good Guys are very competitive when it comes to pricing however when it comes to their delivery service they let themselves down.
A couple of years ago I ordered an air conditioning unit and I paid for their premium delivery. It did not arrive and I had to arrange a vehicle to go down and pick it up.
Yesterday after waiting patiently for a couple of weeks for a fridge on back order, I rang the store. They told me the fridge would be delivered tomorrow and I could expect a text the night before.
I arranged the day off. I did not receive the text so I rang the store about 10 am. No the fridge is not coming today and if I am to believe the young lady it is coming tomorrow. I have no confidence.
Whilst price is a big factor, the amount of time and money wasted on the Good Guy's abysmal delivery service needs to be taken into account.
I think I will be better suited in future purchasing at Harvey's.

Very poor customer service. Rang the store to check stock when down to purchase an item, It seems the staff consider it more important to talk amongst themselves rather than help any of the customers in their store. so had to go to the front counter for assistance , was met by a very vague member who couldnt search what I wanted to buy, I found it in 20 seconds on the website with the same information. Turns out they didnt have any in stock but suggested Joondalup, well thats close! offered to order in the product but was vague again in how long it would take and seemed quite reluctant. Left the store and rang to complain, was met abruptly again with what I guess was some form of management who was no longer concerned because i had said I dont want to buy the item from the goodguys because of my bad experience

If your really into fitness It can monitor your wait loss it must store you weight each time I haven't really read to much up on it
I just wanted some easy to read scales that did every thing and were not to pricey

We have been here twice trying to get a quote for Airconditioner but both times struggled to get service, and when we did they were not as competitive as other places hence we didn't buy from them.

This store is very good as they have lots of staff just hanging around ready to ask questions and to be of service. I love there cashback scheme which saves me heaps.

I am always buying my electrical items from the good guys. They have lot's of knowledgeable staff members and the shop lay out is so convenient. Recently a friend and I went to buy a popcorn maker, we went straight to the shelf, saw the item, saw the price and walked straight to the cashier, who was ready and waiting. What we loved the most is when we went to pay via eftpos she offered us the cash price which was cheaper. Absolutely fantastic to get a discount without having to ask.

This is your average big appliance shop. The prices are very competitive and if you pay cash, you can usually negotiate directly with the salesman. I have found though that outside the electronics and IT department, the sales staff know very little about the smaller appliances ... wanted to buy a carpet shampooer - three different staff and none of them had ever used one or knew anything about them. Worse still, the first girl lied and said she had even though it was painfully obvious she hadn't a clue.

Have been buying white goods and electricals from these guys for years because the prices are extremely competitive, the process is uncomplicated, the service is exceptional and the returns policy is second to none. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The last experience I had was with a faulty fridge and the manager gave me a new one and a discount on the new one. (The extended warranty people who had been dealing with me prior had been very unhelpful for a long period of time and when the manager recognised my frustration, he took it upon himself to rectify the problem. Many businesses would not have done this.) For me, a good retailer is one whose customer service does not end once you have left the store, who fixes a problem when technically they do not legally have to. This kind of service is rare and priceless and guarantees my ongoing patronage.
