This is an absolutely lovely place to go for a lazy lunch. The street is very pretty and the decor of the restaurant is great. Their menu is delicious with a wide variety. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Have eaten here a few times. Each time seems to get worse. They put us in a room by ourselves (just 2 of us) and seemed to forget us. The food was good but we probably won't be back.

Went to The Greek for a Christmas lunch and very very disappointed! At $65 a head with 20+ of us, most of us had to get some junkfood on the way home!

During our main meals, there were not condiments served with our meats. We asked for the tomato sauce that was meant to come with our meatballs, the manageress had "double check" the menu as she didn't seem to believe us that the sauce was missing. Then, they only brought one small serve! We then had to ask again to supply sauce for the other 5 main meal platters!

The food was nice, but one of each item (one slice of haloumi, one meatball, one lamb cutlet etc) is very expensive. We expected to have beverages inclusive or have Christmas decorations on the table for this amount!

When we finished lunch, spending over $2000 in total with food and wine, we were short a couple of dollars ($2-3). We were stopped and asked to finalise our bill! Not that I would ever expect to eat for free, but as we had spent so much money, I thought $2-3 dollars could of been waived.

I understand that Christmas is a busy time and yes, restaurants always amp up the price of regular meals. But this is just ridiculous! A place that once was "the place to be" for Greek food, has really changed my mind. Very disappointed that myself and everyone else here at our workplace won't be eating there again.

Approximate cost: $28.00

Great food, great service. The desserts are divine. Try the cream Kataifi. We were told the Grandmother makes it fresh every day. We have tried it from many other restaurants and they don't come close. Get some to take home so you can really enjoy it, or have it to share. It is VERY rich but sooooo good.

My husband took me here on our first date and we have been back many times since. The food is delicious and generous and seems to be traditional. The sweets are divine. Service is usually very good and the restaurant has a really nice feel to it - great atmosphere.

Divine menu and every meal I have had over the years has been extraordinarily good. Great place for special occasions and truly excellent quality and style.

The Greek is an authentic Greek dining experience. No gimmicks, just quality, traditional Greek food with a fresh modern approach. Lovely small function room and the out door area is lovely for a glass of white wine in summer.

Good food, Good atmosphere, I thoroughly enjoy every meal I have here. Staff always friendly, and willing to get you another drink, or top up your pita. Try the loulkamades!

Very nice food especially the potato wedges. It is fairly small with crowded tables and so very noisy but we thoroughly enjoyed the food. We went on a cold night but there was outside dining which would have been good if the weather was warmer.
