Central heater broke down in the coldest part of winter. Called first thing on the next business day and was able to get someone out the next day.

Ryan was very professional. Polite and prompt.

He asked what we had experienced, was able to confirm it on the internal meter of the heater. He talked me though what he was looking for and located the problem within 30 minutes.

He was up front on how much the costs were and if the 17 year old heater should be replaced or not (he recommended not).

He needed to order the part and return on another day, however there was no hard sell of a new heater that I have had from some companies in the past and everything came back within his quote.

I would highly recommend them and will call on them when I need any heating issues resolved in the future.

These guys replaced all of our underfloor ducting, adding a couple of new outlets in an extension. The guys that came out to quote gave us great confidence, they seemed like genuine blokes - so we also booked them to uninstall and reinstall a spilt system where a plaster wall had to be replaced.

There were a few issues that they had to come back and fix after doing the ductwork. They also dumped all the old ducting in our driveway although their written quote clearly said it would be removed and disposed of.

The split system was left partly hanging off the wall after they 're-installed it' and when their bloke had to come back to fix it he was aggressive and accusing saying 'it looked like it had been wrenched from the wall' after he had installed it.

WHAT!? Who in gods name would try to pull their own a/c off a brand new plaster wall? What could possibly be gained from that!

Their dreadful service and bully tactics continue to this day, when 8 months later they are still refusing to issue a compliance certificate for their work so we can get the building surveyor sign off.

They were paid on time and in full, over $3,000 - less a $150 refund they finally provided for me to organise repairs to our timber floor and disposal of all the old ducting myself.

I have now been forced to pursue them through the VBA, whom they are also ignoring and refusing to issue a compliance certificate to. So now I am forced on to the endless queue of people "with a plumbing complaint" just so I can (hopefully) get the certificate from them one day and get our extension signed off.

My honest experience is these guys offer very average quality of install work and terrible service. Maybe they are ok if everything goes well on the job.

If you use them, pray they don't get anything wrong, and if you dare question something dodgy they have done, beware!

Ryan and Craig were a pleasure to deal with they were professional and honest, they know what they are talking about and what they are doing. I called 5-7 different companies most of them not being able to find the fault and the rest were taking guesses at what could be wrong some saying thermostat and some saying main board in heater. Ryan and Craig came looked at heater and found problem in minutes changed 2 small parts which cost a third of what I was quoted for the thermostat and board. Thank you very much for the great and honest service guys.
