fantastic quick service from friendly honest staff, i have had my old iphone and my daughter ipod screens replaced by him, and was highly satisfied on both occasions, i also rang regarding a fault with my ipad and was told honestly by them that apple would have to replace it due to the fault even tho it was just out of warranty, and saved me money instead, thanks guys

I've had numerous repairs & (free) advice from these guys. What I appreciate most is their honesty!

Had a water-damaged phone that was 'treated' & came back to life, they could have told me they had to replace parts because the phone was dead when I brought it in but instead they said all it needed was the treatment, which was $50!

Similarly, I went in to have my charging dock replaced another time, they cleaned it & it worked! They didn't charge me a thing!

They are also honest with cost of repairs & have explained to me once that I am better off replacing than repairing because the price would be similar - they could just do the work & take my money but it seems like customer satisfaction is number one to them.

Very rare to see a business ran this way these days. Well done to all - Simon, Zoe and the technicians for being so fast!

The I-phone Guy replaced my I-phone 4's charging dock. Fast, effective and polite staff made what could have been a long and painful Apple affair, into a wonderful and stress free experience.

Went to him with a broken i pad fixed that day $140.
He tried to fix my i phone but the whole unit was un repairable so it was no charge not even labour. Can't get better than that.
Receptionist was very organised and friendly it's was nice to talk to someone that I felt was looking after my interests. Well done i phone guy

Recently got them to replace a dying battery in my 3G, then today they replaced the vibrate switch which was faulty free of charge under the 3 month guarantee. Can't tell enough people how good they are & its cheaper than paying extra $$'s a month for a new phone when I like my 3G.
