Great service, Peter provided excellent service in restoring data (as far as possible) from a corrupted drive and replacing with a new drive. He provided a clear explanation of the options, risks and possible solutions. He arrived when he said he would (a much appreciated trait). Overall very satisfied.

I recently had a computer repaired from the PC Doctors and i was more than satisfied with the service. Mark the technician was a pleasure to deal with and had the computer running better than when I bought it from my local computer shop. I can recommend this service based on my experience.

Fixed my problem quickly. Easy to deal with and very happy with the final result. Got my out of a problem fast!

We are having trouble setting up an email and The PC Doctor is currently helping us with our problem. Will finalise review once the issue is rectified.

We used PC doctor when my Macbook Pro stopped working. After over two weeks we finally we advised that the logic board needed to be replaced. The cost was ridiculous, especially after what we had already paid to just get them to look at it. So we decided to get them to just back up the hard drive and in the interests of time, purchased the hard drive off PC doctor at close to double the retail value, plus pay for the back up service. We did this because we needed the files asap. We were advised that this back up would take 2 business days. After several calls inquiring we learned that it hadn't even been looked at after 3 days. This was a massive inconvenience as we had taken leave from work to pick up the computer. But were advised it wouldn't be ready. A week later we finally got the laptop and hard drive back, via courier at our cost. With no acknowledgement of the lengthy delays and inconvenience caused. We had a lot of trouble getting in contact with the technician. We placed numerous calls and emails to try to get information. The people we spoke to in reception were unable to provide any information, and seemed to have very limited knowledge about computers (and we were only talking about backing up a computer). This made the whole process even more frustrating. I would not recommend PC Doctor.

Can you please feedback to him, that after my extensive discussions, numerous emails with MICROSOFT, they have agreed to reimburse me for the cost the repairs to my laptop!
