A fun and safe environment for our Dachshund Jasper. Staff went the extra mile to ensure that Jasper would be happy and comfortable. They took time to get to know Jasper before check-in, considering his special needs. Staff at reception replied promptly to emails and any concerns I had prior to booking. The Web Cam set up is great, showing pets playing in the indoor playground. Staff took time to find Jasper's perfect match for shared boarding. So glad he had a companion during the 4 day stay. Also, if you are going on a cruise, the Pet Hotel is a perfect location to drop off your pet before departure, as it is close to Station pier. Thank you Pet Hotel!

Our family cat has stayed at The Pets Hotel 3 times now and I have found the staff to be enthusiastic and professional, with a genuine interest and love of animals. Our pet has come home each time happy, calm and well groomed.

This was the first time my dogs had been to The Pets Hotel - they were well looked after and seemed very happy when we picked them up. The express check in service worked well when we were dropping them off as we were on the way to the airport. Picking them up was also easy, especially as were not there at peak pick-up time.

Would definitely recommend the Pets Hotel to any other dog owners enquiring about a place to board their dog.. My husky seems to be thoroughly enjoying her experience through what I can see in the webcam. The staff are very good at resolving any issues you may have and are very professional in how they get things done. Couldn't of asked for a better place to board my pet.

The guys here at the pets hotel really care about your pets and looking after them! I would highly recommend the pets hotel!
