Very convenient to be able to stay in your car and not have to get out! Coffee is okay and the staff are friendly

After driving past them for a long time I thought I would try one of their coffees... It does take a few minutes to get your order, but its no different than if you went into a coffee shop... The coffee was really nice, at the right temperature... The staff were lovely as well...
This is a great concept. Drive up order your latte, mocha whatever from a staff member who walks up to your car and takes order and collects money. Brings coffee to you with your change. So simple but better coffee than take away drive thru and more personal service with the staff coming to your car. Sort of reminds me of the good old days when an attendant would put petrol in your car. I miss that type of service that's why I love this place!

When we buit the shop (5 years again!) we really did our re-search & looked at what could set us apart from other drive-thru's & we believed it would be the personal service of having our staff come to you instead of driving upto a window or box. It definitely puts a more personal touch on your experience & we hope to keep satisfying you!
Good concept in drive thru coffee. The coffee was hot and tasted ok with staff friendly but the service was slow. Seems overpriced for what it is and did not impress me at all.

good coffee thats for sure, but the staff dont wear enough clothes and if your not a male youll be waiting longer. Amazing hot chocolate though so do recommend

I discovered this drive through coffee shop with my mother in law who lives nearby. It is so handy and convenient to drive up in your car, place your order and pay for it, and then receive your coffee without even having to get out of your car. In particular this is so helpful when you have young kids in the car as quickly getting out and running into a coffee shop is impossible with kids in tow. Our cappuccinos were piping hot and tasted delicious! Just what we needed to warm ourselves up on a cold day! The staff were very pleasant and cheerful.

I am a regular at this palce & just love getting my moring caffine fix but not having to leave my car! It is so convinient, especially if I have my little one in the back. The girls seem to always be smiling - even in the cold - but can sometimes be super busy. They even have their own eCoffee card app which scans on your Iphone as a loyalty card. How convinient is that?!

MUG drive-thru coffee is a wonderful addition for the busy commuter in Greensborough. Located of the Greensborough Highway near Yallambie, MUG allows people to drive in, while waitresses with electronic keypads come out to take your order. Interestingly, all the service staff appear to be young females, which may just be a demographic quirk rather than store policy. The coffees are usually more hit than mis, but don't order anything too specific (many differences exist in the make-up of a long macchiato, depending on who is serving, for example!). However, for those needing a good strong morning coffee fix, for convenience, speed of service and the all round great start to the day this place provides, you can't go too wronm!
Just want to say how impressed I was with this coffee shop. It is such a good idea, especially now it's winter! Always presented with smiley faces, good service and GREAT tasting coffee. Beats any drive thru I have ever been too. The owners are doing a great job
bitter coffee and underrun staff. Took forever to get my coffee and manager was extremely rude to me
Excellent coffee and food and service and price. Just love this place and you can even call when you are leaving home and it will ready for you when you get there. Too Good!
