We didnt get a chance to experience the actual service. We called them and they agreed to come on a Thursday at 10 but got delayed and said they could come at 2 but we had to reschedule for the following tuesday at 11. Again they called saying they would be delayed until 2. At 3 my husband called only to be told that the electritian was sick and was never in that day. In the meantime my husband had taken two days off to stay at home and we had lived with dangerous electrical work in our home. After this service we called an alternative.

We are really sorry for the experience that you received. It is certainly not what we like to see for our customers.

While events happen that mean rescheduling a customer is necessary, we should always communicate any changes before the appointment time begins, and once a customer has been rescheduled once they become a priority for us which means that they should not be rescheduled a second time.

We would like to be able to investigate the situation for you to hopefully help us identify where our system let you down. We can then look at what changes can be made to improve. If you haven't done so already, then it would be great if you could give us a call and provide your feedback to our customer service team who will then log a request to investigate.

Again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused, and we are very grateful for you providing us with feedback on your experience.

We had Jake the electrician come out to check our electrical system for free to see if we needed to fix anything - he was courteous and helpful so much so that if I need anything done I would most certainly call him , lucky us we did not need anything this time

I had no hot water. Called these people and after man attended I was given a written quote....$2,700 to replace a 50 litre Hot Water System.
When I said " we know what things cost" he wrote another quote for a " tune up" of the Hot Water System....$450......
Paid him the $49 call out fee and he left.
Rang [redacted - mentions alternative business by name], man came and found loose wire in RCD. NOTHING wrong with HWS!!
Paid him call out fee, and everything worked.

How on God's earth could a fee of $2700 be a a misdiagnosis.? For a 50 litre Electric Hot Water System?? You cannot be serious. I gave the man a $50 note for the $49 call out fee. He said he had no change but they would donate the $1 to a Cancer Charity. God I hope you don't lie about that too.

Sorry for the confusion. The term misdiagnosis was in regards to your comment about the issue being resolved by a third party without a replacement unit required.

Unfortunately we are not able to go in to detail of your account in a public forum, and we can't investigate the matter for you without knowing your account. To do this we need to be able to match your information in our system which we have been unable to do from your username.

I would like to commend the plumber who attended our place. We were pretty desperate, with backed up toilets and sewage bubbling out of pipes and down the driveway so when Brad turned up it was a huge relief. It was a bigger relief when he said he thought the problem was not ours but rather a broken Icon Water sewer pipe. He called them and stayed until he was sure they were dealing with the problem. He was polite, good humoured, efficient and helpful and we were very impressed with him

My initial contact with this company was a problem with my old gas operated hot water storage system. It was Saturday morning when I made a call to The Plumbing and Electrical Doctor, Brad arrived about an hour later and had the problem fixed within minutes. Brad offered me a few options on my old system however I went with the installation of a continuous flow hot water system. He gave me a price and the job was done the following Friday. The price was good and the service and workmanship of the installing team was great. I would recommend this company for any plumbing and electrical work.

they were great with our problems, they were cheaper than a lot of other plumbers which was very handy in these times and they were reliable...they were environmentally aware too
