A perfect experience from start to finish. Had my old hot water system replaced by Luke. Warren was informative when he came to do the quote. Pricing was very competitive. Luke was friendly, professional, thorough and diligent. He explained everything clearly and cheerfully, and answered all of my questions. Before getting this job done, in the past, I had thought on occasion that I smelled a tiny bit of gas in my kitchen area, but hadn't thought about it for a long time, or mentioned it to anybody. While he was here Luke identified that there was a leak in the gas system somewhere, traced it to the kitchen, identified the problem, showed it to me using soapy water, and them fixed that too. What a bonus. It was only because of his diligence and persistence that a potential dangerous and costly legacy problem from another plumber was identified. I would recommend this company to anybody.

I called on Wednesday. Next day they came and did the job really quickly. The gentleman was professionally, friendly, and went out got the part, sent me a photo and waited for my decision. He was happy to come back another day if I wanted to buy my own parts. Cleaned up after himself and best of all the price was reasonable. Will definitely use them again and recommend them highly

Warren is a terrific plumber and we were very happy with his service. He's not cheap but his prices are fair and reasonable, especially when you consider his excellent service.
Pro:
1) Stuck precisely to the estimate without any games, tricks or weaseling!
2) Our job ended-up being more complicated than originally thought. Some new fittings were needed and from what I could see, Warren used high quality brass and copper pieces. This attention to detail and quality is what separates the top plumbers from the mediocre ones. I really liked this.
3) Warren and his staff put in the time necessary to do the job right. I was impressed with his willingness to spend the time doing the job right instead of using shortcuts.
4) When the job was completed everything worked properly. Our lousy 50+ year old metal pipes took a few days to handle the higher pressures which had a tendency to knock off pieces of rust. However that was expected and we are gradually replacing all off the crap iron pipe with copper and PVC. I expect to be using Warren again for this.
5) Provides high-quality and professional services. No chiseling or tricks. He is a trustworthy tradesman!

Con:
1) Warren is a man of few words. He says what he has to and that's it. If you want a chatty plumber, Warren probably won't qualify. However, I'm very satisfied and am ok with minimal chattiness and great quality work.
2) Warren is not a discount plumber. But he doesn't do discount work. So you have to decide if you want to save a few dollars and end-up with crap work. For us, plumbing is not something we can skimp on. It needs to be done right the first time and done without any games (want to see games by tradies? Have an air-conditioning issue and see how many AC tradies end-up telling you that you need to replace XXX instead of fixing it. There is ALWAYS an attempt to sell you and jack-up the price! I hate dealing with these types of dishonest trades people! The ones that play these games damage the reputation of their fellow tradies! They should be ashamed of themselves. That sort of behavior is just stealing disguised by technical language!).

Summary:

Warren is an exceptional plumber who comes highly recommended! It was our impression that he is a very honest and reliable professional. His work for us was high quality and very impressive. We consider him "our" plumber now and will call him again for further work. We are happy that we have found such a good tradesman! They are rare and once you find a good one, hang on to them!
