Michael and Jared were great to deal with, polite, professional, trustworthy and excellent at their trade. As a rule, I don't have men working at my home without my husband being there, however I was treated with such respect and friendliness that I didn't hesitate. Surprisingly, the cost was considerably better than four other places I had contacted, so grateful for that! Our bikes were worked on in part while we were at work and part when we were home. We had parts that were very difficult to source, but Jared persisted until he found the right ones. Our bikes are in great condition now and the whole process was smooth, "for us anyway".
