Mike is polite, on time, knowledgeable, and damn well knows how to service both a bike and a customer. This guy has it nailed. won't be using anyone else from today, very happy with the quality of service for the price.

A much more personalized service than a standard bike shop; regarding time, Mike comes to you and works around your available hours which is also something extremely useful for those who cannot take work off to take a bike into a shop.

Highly recommend. Mike has serviced my road bike the last couple of times. The bike has run better than ever for well over 2000 kms. He has come to my workplace to service the bike which is great as I don't have to worry about drop-off and pick ups. Mike is really professional and helpful and gives solid, measured advice. The prices are very reasonable and in my experience more affordable than what you would pay more in a shop. I will certainly be getting Mike to service my bike in the future.

Mike did a great job of servicing my MTB. Came to my office and spent the afternoon servicing my bike and making it run properly again. It was good to be able to discuss the bike with him as he worked on it and get some feedback on what needed doing and what I'd done wrong with my "fixing". Great rates for a great service.

Got a fantastic service from Mike, he fixed all my mistakes after my bike build attempt! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend TRW (Micheal) because within 24hrs of my inquiry, he was already fixing my bike. He came to my office and set up shop on the street. He quickly assessed my bike and recommended some repairs. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. 50mins later, it was done! Very competitive pricing and super convenient. 10 out of 10!
