I came across The Rapid Wrench browsing for a shop to service a second hand bike that I had brought. One click onto Mike's website and I was sold...........it simply made a lot of sense to have someone come to me.
On top of the convenience, Mike came within two days and arrived on time, performing an exemplary job at a reasonable rate. He offered some very valuable advice, and the fact that he didn't mind me being there whilst performing his duties allowed me to learn more about my bike (which added even more value to his services).

Michael gave my treasured Peugeot, lightweight Mixte frame, 103 P1 8C USBU50X a thorough inspection, full service, brakes and gears adjustments plus a thorough and meticulous clean. It's now performing as new and looks great too. He gave excellent advice on care of gears and tyres. All from an impressive service set up and from the convenience of home. Cost - moderate.

TRW was recommended by a friend to service my bike. It was a very good experiences. Michael was excellent he explained what was needed to be done to my bike. Nothing was to much trouble. He did a few more things then we agreed to when I set up the time to come out and it was not issue for Michael. I thought the price was reasonable. I loved Michael's passion . He left our place clean and tidy. I would use TRW again.

Brilliant service, very well priced and did an extremely good job bringing back to life two older bikes for us.

My bike came apart midway through my Friday morning commute. Nothing major, but very inconvenient and annoying. It was Mike's "admin day", but he drove from Caulfield to Carlton to ensure I was able to get myself home that day.

He was friendly, communicative, reasonable and full of good advice. He did a great job fixing and cleaning my bike, even pointing out a few things I hadn't noticed. He was fair and up-front with the cost. He was really keen to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I was really impressed and will definitely be using his services again.

Absolutely fantastic. Came to my workplace, got on with the job whilst I continued to work. Advised me of a few little things to help me out in the future and fixed my bike to be better than new I'd say! Convenience of a mobile mechanic and without the "buy this, do that" of a bike shop Cheap too. Would definitely recommend. Legend.
