I came to The Watershed hotel a couple of weeks ago for a late lunch. The view is exceptional across the harbor and their food is good.

Good pub style food on the shores of Darling Harbour. The centrally located place has a variety of seating with standard menu offerings. Ease up to the bar to purchase your lunch or dinner. Service is friendly and fast.

We had brunch at Watershed Hotel on a weekend. Lovely view overlooking the Darling Harbour. You get to choose to sit inside or outside which is good. The menu has an extensive range of items to choose from. My husband and I ordered a Wagyu Beef Burger and a Roast chicken pizza to share. The serving size is quite generous and the food is delicious. Wait staff is friendly, filling up our glasses with water without asking. We had a buy-1-get-1-free voucher to use, so it was a great deal!

We stopped here after a busy day walking around Sydney, just to chill with some pizza, chips and beer. A great atmosphere and view over Darling Harbour, and the food was really tasty. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Had the salmon and chips, bit average, but went well with the pint of lager on a sunny day outside. Good value and place to chill.
