Never recommend Transdirect
I unfortunately went with transdirect to shift a machine for me. I only went with them as they offered a "Warranty" in case they lost or damaged my possessions. Sure enough they totally destroyed a very expensive machine. I lodged a claim using their so called "Warranty" and waited 100 days to get a pathetic answer back. A claim has been logged and we can’t cover it.
More to this- They failed to turn up. Feeble excuses about broken down trucks only after I started asking why no show.
They use a fake outgoing number.
They have no address on their website.
They refuse to provide full names of staff or company officers.
No apology for failure to provide any service, just a "we aren't going to be able to get out to you [in your area] today"
I would never use this company ever again. I am commencing a major complaint process against Trans Direct at every level. They should not be in business.

I had to wait all day and no one picked up the parcel. I rang at 1630 hrs and after waiting for 15 mins listening on the phone Transdirect telling me how good they are I was advised that I still had 15 mins to go. I live in an area on the Melb peninsula. I knew if they were not there by 1400 they're probably not going to come., I asked the representative to check and was given the excuse that they could only email and she would not get a reply. I waited till 1702... rang again.... waited for 26 mins.... to be told that it was too late to ring and I should have rung earlier.... now it can not be picked up till next week.... I am FIFO and I'm only home for 1 day a month... I used 5 hrs of not seeing my family because these Trans Direct could not make the delivery... I was told it was my fault... If you are thinking of using these Oxygen thieves I would suggest thinking again.

DO NOT USE TRANSDIRECT AND COURIERS PLEASE!!
Booked an item via Transdirect with couriers please, 11 days later and still no sign of courier. Had to contact Transdirect 5 times for them to finally tell me apparently the courier had already attempted to pick up the item and has advised the package was not out the front to be picked up even though it was and had been the entire 11 days!
No email alerts or any other contact from Transdirect to tell me what was going on. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered a metal screen from company in Moe who engaged Transdirect to deliver it. Day of delivery arrived and no screen. Waited on hold for 20 mins twice, no answer. Third time I put phone on loudspeaker and finally got through. Explained parcel hadn't arrived. Lady on phone couldn't care less. Told me it hadn't been picked up and I had to ring the company who booked them to find out if it had been picked up! I told her that the contract was between them and the metal company, not my responsibility to follow it up. Was told to just wait then! Long story short - I rang company, Transdirect had picked up. A week later and I am still waiting for parcel. No way to contact Transdirect except to wait on hold again!! Terrible customer service!

I sent an item I sold on ebay, after 3 phone calls and almost 1 month later finally tracked down the package. The courier ( couriers please) had advised it had been damaged and they were assessing if it would be safe to have the item returned to sender ( hair products) after having them returned to then have to spend another 20 mins on the phone- send through 3 emails for a warranty claim- to have it all rejected and the reasoning I cannot make sence of. Super disapointed will not be using there services again. STICK with australia post, they may not treat every package with care, howver the claiim system is a lot more just and easy to process

Approximate cost: $50

Poor customer service, had three goes at picking up the package, after each call to them it was apparently escalated and it was to be picked up the next day...three weeks on and still nothing. I've cancelled the service and going to www.e-go.com.au

So i was recommended by a friend to use these guys. So i did, i opened an account and placed my first order with them. It was an urgent order so i paid more for next day delivery by TNT overnight.

I made the order from website 9am, 1pm comes as pickup is suppose to be between 12-3pm just incase i call to see how things are travelling as the delivery NEEDED to be there by 9am the next morning for a grand opening of a store.

The lady on the other line said, let me check... comes back a few seconds later and says. SORRY SIR YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED DUE TO A 'GLITCH' IN OUR SYSTEMS AND THE ORDER WAS NOT PUSHED TO THE COURIER COMPANY. YOUR DELIVERY WONT MAKE IT, WOULD YOU LIKE TO RESCHEDULE OR GET A REFUND'.

LOL. Awesome, now due to their system failure, my client will not have the item by store opening and the accountability is now on me for not making this happen when i instilled trust in a third party courier company to make this happen.

This is their business, accountability is all on them. This is what you pay for, you pay for the service, the service needs to be delivered. If you cant deliver, get out of business.

This was my first and last time im dealing with them, i ended up going direct from TNT skipping the middle man.

Guys you dont need to use these middle men company, find yourself a good courier company and i think building a rapport with them to get the best prices is the way to go. Transdirect and other guys take a piece of the pie by just facilitating these orders.

Dont forget you are also bound by their systems talking to other courier company systems, things break, and guess what this is exactly what happened to me.

I am most dissapointed with the way the customer service rep handled things, she even said We Are Not Liable For System Glitches, and pretty much shrubbed me off.

I hope others read this and think twice about moving forward with their order.

Approximate cost: $120

I called up to see where my parcel is. The lady on the phone (sounds likes she doesn't want to be there) told me that who is going to pay for the delivery? I am ringing because I paid my delivery to the seller and you accepted the parcel. Why do u accept the parcel and not tell the seller and now have issue with delivering it? I contacted the seller and he told me the pick-up guy said it is paid for - all good and picked the parcel up. Where is the service??!!

Arranged a courier service to pick up a heater. It was estimated to take 1-2 days but took 7. This may not seem like a big deal but at no time was anyone able to tell me where the item was, and no one cared either. Staff were rude, phone wait times ridiculous and website tracking system doesn't work. Don't just take my word for it - google them and you'll see :)

I used Transdirect couriers to deliver some kettlebells from the factory to my training studio and found them to be capable and efficient. With what was a very awkward parcel.
