Moved with Transcorp about a year ago. Was a really, really unpleasant experience. Of the two guys, only one was actually moving anything at any given time. Lots of standing around and basically being pissed off. There were extensive smoke breaks. Got berated for a) having too much stuff (?) and b) not paying in cash. Would never ever recommend them to anyone except an enemy. Just moved with a different service this past week and was reminded of how awful our Transcorp move was.

Thank you very much for your excellent customer service. I would also like to say the removalists Paul and Louis who moved and collected the furniture were professional and took all care during their work. I was very impressed by their cooperative team work and polite manner in which they conducted themselves. They are an asset to your company and company image.

Your administration/sales team have been excellent in responding to our changing needs with the first move. We are so pleased with your service. Your team has been so accommodating and made it so easy to make those last minute changes we needed.
On the ground, Milan and Frank did an excellent job collecting our things from Robina and delivering them on the other side at Burwood East. They took care of our furniture and other items like their own. They delivered every piece as they were found at the Robina. Not a single item was scratched or damaged. Milan and his move team made the entire move a pleasurable experience. We have moved over ten times in the last 20 years, but none of them have been so smooth.

I had to move from South Morang to Camberwell and was tossing between a well reputed company and TransCorp but I am glad I went with TransCorp. Raabi and Abraham were on the job for me. Real strong men with a good customer service. What else could you possibly ask from a removalist?

Raabi went out of his way and got my mamoth sized fridge into the house by dismantling the fridge doors and putting it back for me again.

the blokes were always cheerful and never complaint the whole day that they were there. Really made the move easy.

Strongly recommend Transcorp and would urge asking for Raabi and Abraham especially if you want things to be done the way it should be.
