Hi Anna

I just wanted to write in to say thank you for arranging all this and to also thank both Wes & Manoli for the fantastic job they did.

Both guys were so pleasant and super funny whilst still professional. They did a good steady job of packing & unpacking my belongings into the truck and were also very accommodating, in particular helping dismantle a treadmill that I hadn't been able to. On the day I still had some last minute things to pack & felt a bit stressed about it but as soon as the guys arrived, their friendly attitude really helped calm my nerves so I'm super grateful to them for that too, that was a big deal for me.

I also wanted to call out the incredible job they did getting my fridge down safely. That was a spectacular accomplishment! If the guys were nervous they certainly didn't show it! Thank you SO MUCH for an amazing job guys! Massive high fives!!!

I just wanted to send a quick email thanking you for all the hard work that you and the team at Transcorp have done in order to make my move as easy as possible!!!

The two gentlemen that arrived on the day of our move were very professional and so competent with the tasks ahead. I felt instantly reassured that I had chosen the right company for my move and that all my worldly belongings were in safe hands.

The move went so quickly and having moved a LOT over the years, I can honestly say that those two men from Transcorp made the entire stressful event seem like a breeze.

I was very impressed with the whole experience and cant wait to use Transcorp again when I move interstate in the coming months.

I felt compelled to send you an email to praise one of your staff, Brenton Pendlebury. In all my years I cannot recall being in contact with someone as helpful as Brenton. He went above and beyond to help me out of a very delicate and stressful situation. Without his help I really would have been floundering and not coped at all. You have a very valuable staff member in Brenton.

In addition, the two guys, Harry and Gurneet (?), who transported all our items to Wilson Storage were extremely professional and wonderful too.

When I eventually have to move to Sydney I will definitely be speaking to Brenton again and I will be certain to tell all my friends to contact Transcorp.

Transcorp thank you so much!!! You made what i thought to be a stressful situation into an easy, smooth and simple process. Your staff was on time, professional, fast, friendly and trustworthy. They handled all my belongings with care and nothing was scratched or broken. Most of my furniture was bulky and heavy, and much of it needed to be bought down a narrow flight of stairs, no floors or walls were scratched or damaged. I cant praise your company enough, you made a difficult transition easy, I will be recommending you to all my family and friends.

A shame the stressful experience of moving ended badly.
I would not recommend Transcorp Removals to anyone. A shame that the moving experiences was made even more stressful by the company who were supposed to make things easier. After trying to be overcharged for time where the driver (at their fault) got the delivery truck stuck (45mins) , and another 30mins wasted after the last box was finally delivered, I was not happy with the final quoted time invoiced, especially at $143.00 per hour!. I discussed this with a Transcorp employee at the time, over the phone, who assured me I could discuss this further with their team during business hours and that no money would be debited from my account. I find first thing on Monday morning that I have been lied too, and the full amount of money was taken from my account and received no explanation from Transform. For the past 2 weeks now, I have been calling and leaving messages, to end up with a weak apology and a rebate of just 30mins as an inconvenience. All I can say to you, if you chose Transcorp, is to watch your time and good luck having any customer service from the Head Office.

Hi Samw770 - Firstly we apologize in advance if the move wasn't up to your expectations. We noticed that you moved with us from the same suburb to Transcorp storage and this removal had taken a total of 5.5 hrs without any incidences recorded. On returning from Transcorp Storage to your new place which was in the same suburb (there were cars parked in the way for the truck to get through) and delayed the move by an extra period. Per your request a smaller truck was utilized. This delay is out of our control and part of move costs. The driver knocked on residential doors for people that owned the cars to have them moved so we can get to your place to deliver the furniture.

In saying this the move total was charged at 6hrs which brings it in line with the move to store (only 30min difference). Per quote and booking confirmation emailed to you (refer 9/8/16) this is always charged on the day unless a weekend and it is finalized on the following Monday. We also email Transcorp Expectations (refer 9/8/16) which discusses what is required for us to perform the move correctly. We also note (reading job details) that you may have had questions re truck 'folding of blankets time'. Every removal team understand and are trained to ensure a truck arrives at a property with equipment and well folded blankets and this how a job commences and in a professional way. The job completion is when all the goods requested are delivered and placed per client request. It is important to note that the job ends when the truck has all its equipment back in place, tucked away and all pads folded making ready for the next client.
In saying this we noticed that you have had a few discussions with our Local Fleet Manager and he agreed to help the situation by crediting you 30mins - Total Charge becoming same as into store at 5.5hrs. We trust this brought the matter to a mutual beneficial close and trust the actual care in protecting your furniture to / from Transcorp storage was more than adequate.

Transcorp made the physical part of moving a home of 44 years simple, easy and without a hitch. On a day with terrible weather and working conditions, the delivery team handled every piece of furniture with care and diligence with all goods arriving in 100% perfect condition. The care they also showed towards ensuring floors and walls were not damaged when handling difficult items was first rate.
I have already recommended them to another potential client and would do so to any other.
Thank-you to the Trancorp team for making a difficult transition easy.
