Massive company owned by a multi national transport company quality removals at a fairly decent price

Fantastic service, friendly and professional staff and a stress-free moving day! All of my moving needs were met in a timely and thorough fashion.

We moved house from QLD to VIC and everything was a breeze. John and Toby were beyond helpful setting up the job originally - their knowledge and attention to detail was comforting and first-rate. We had a few 'delicate' items that originally concerned us but they were all covered off and our minds were as calm as could be before the big day.

On the day the guys were nothing short of awesome. All the delicate items were properly catered for and the service was both measured and efficient. All our precious cargo got to the destination in one piece with ZERO collateral damage.

I can't thank John and the boys enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Having hired Transcorp Removals and Storage, I would like to give them an honest review. I notice they do seem to only publish positive feedback, so I would like to let any potential customers know, that in our case, Transcorp did not follow through with the services they offered and we paid for, their insurance was not worth the paper it was written on, they lost several large items of ours and broke others , totalling a value of $2700 and and took 6 weeks to offer us $1000 in compensation. Their first offer was $150. I would be unable to recommend this company, who have no honesty or integrity.

I received a quote in advance to move some office furniture from one building to another building.
I was given a time of arrival and the workers arrived on time .
They were most helpful and carried out the work in a most professional manner.
The work was finished in the allocated time and I was very satisfied

The two guys were exactly on time and very thorough and professional and friendly. They got it done super quickly and were absolutely wonderful.
I've never had such a great removal. In my experience with other removal companies there's dramas or the guys are crabby and nasty. but I received nothing but an A grade service from Transcorp.

I'll definitely be using your services again for future moves and have already begun recommending Transcorp :) Please pass on my most heartfelt thanks to my removalists if you are able.

Very bad experience. Quoting stage was perfectly fine, our move was spilt into two lots. there were some minimal damages on the first move, overall it was fine as they were mainly boxes few bits of furniture. the second part of the move was not only very stressful, they under quoted the space l needed then, moving around my goods amongst other clients, boxes went missing. Delivery came to me in three different lots. Made me pay of materials on top of quoted price and took them out of transition to my new location and kept them. They do not do the move themselves rather get sub contractors to do the job, so you dont know whats going on. On top of all that once it came to put in an insurance claim made me wait up to 4mths, had to threaten them to get some action...still waiting. Never use them again, in fact moving in 7 weeks time and they are not even on my list to contact.
