I recently had the pleasure of working with twin electrics and plumbing for some electrical work at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would give them a solid 5-star rating without any hesitation.

From the very beginning, their professionalism stood out. The team was punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would. They were incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions and explaining the entire process to me in a way that I could easily understand.

The quality of their work was outstanding. They completed the electrical work efficiently and with great attention to detail. I felt confident that they were using the latest technology and best practices to ensure safety and compliance with all regulations.

Not only did they deliver exceptional service, but they also left the work area clean and tidy. It was evident that they take pride in their work and respect their customers' homes.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with twin electrics and plumbing. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence make them the best choice for any electrical work. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of electrical services. Thank you for a job well done!

Have used the firm for both electrical and for plumbing for about 10 years. Great service, great staff and available after hours in emergencies.

I, regrettably, made the decision to support this local small business by
engaging them to perform plumbing work in my laundry. A plumber attended
site and advised the work was complete, shortly after my wife found
a substantial leak! After several phone calls the business agreed to send a
plumber back to site again right away, the business were reluctant to send
someone given they were on other jobs for the rest of the day. A plumber
attended and resolved the issue but failed to detail the cause or solution
on the bill or submission made to VBA.

A month and a half later I found yet another substantial leak, bigger than
the previous one. I made an after hours call to the business and was met
with an insistence that someone would have to attend site in business hours
on the following day (Friday) or the Monday after the weekend. I pressed
that I have an infant in the house and can't be without water for a single
night, let alone a whole weekend. It was put to me that they will send a
plumber at the after hours rate that I would be expected to pay if the
issue is found to not be caused by the business. I walked through the issue
with them and advised them that at this point I need running water, they
can send someone.

After the call, I isolated the water and looked into the issue further, I
made another call to the business and was told that from what I explained
the issue appeared to be a manufacturer problem. At this point we discussed
the call out and agreed to cancel it, I advised I would engage the
manufacturer.

The manufacturer attended site on the Saturday and quickly identified that
the installer (the business) had screwed the o-ring into the thread when
connecting a flexi hose, this had created a bulge that gave way after the
non-stop pressure of the water in the system. Further examination showed
that the business had also failed to install the retraction system
correctly, resulting the hose that comes out of the head of the unit to not
retract interdependently of a person feeding it back in.

The manufacturer and there plumber attempted to bill the business for the
error to cover the cost of the call out, the business has continue to
refuse to accept the mistake and refuse to cover the cost, I have had to
cover this out of my own pocket.

I approached the business regarding water damage that has left the exit
point to the rear of the property un-usable, the business refused to accept
the fault and advised that no claim will be made on my behalf or accepted
as they were not able to review the site under the conditions they had left
it in, they felt that as another plumber had been on site it would be
difficult to identify if any issue was caused by the plumber who installed
the tap.

After several heated phone calls and pressure the business has given in,
but they have continued to make the claim
process extremely difficult. Inquires have been responded to with rudeness
and lack of ownership, this has left an extremely bitter taste in my mouth.
The business has left it to me to engage there broker and work with them
towards a resolution, given they caused this trouble you would expect them
to manage this through to resolution.

My recommendation to any prospective customer is to avoid this business,
consultation with others in the industry indicates that I was over
charged excessively and should have been expected to cover the costs of the
3rd party fixing the errors caused.

The business has attempted to have my feedback removed from various sites
as they feel my reviews are unfair, I'd have thought that the time would be
better spent working with the client on a make-good and fix the internal
process that clearly broke down.

In the end, they are only hurting themselves.

I have used this company multiple times in the past for both electric and plumbing - they are highly efficient and professional, and will give you a great service. They do tend to be on the expensive end, especially on the plumbing side.

We had a light fitting reinstalled and new powerpoint. The electricians had to complete this job over two days due to being unable to access a specific point in the roof (a smaller electrician was required). This was not an issue, however the two electricians who attended were quite curt and rude. The jobs took just over an hour in total and we were overcharged. An itemized bill was requested and the amounts did not add up. When we requested more detail a further $150 was removed from the bill. The quality of work is good, the manner of the electricians and invoicing detail needs improvement.

I've just had the worst experience with an electrician yesterday and a plumber today. I thought the electrician was rude but the plumber takes the cake. Not only did I get a miscall at 6:30am this morning, but I also got one at 8:45am. Am I expected to be awake at 6:30am? And what is the point of sounding annoyed on the phone when I call back at 9am. I have already specified yesterday to the company that I too need to be at work and will only be home after 1pm! And what's with the “I wanted to come now”???? Which part of after 1pm don't they understand?!!!

Not only that, they were both rude, obnoxious and blatantly disrespectful to me! Me who lives in this house – not them!! Not only did they stomp on my slippers with their shoes, treat my property like crap but completely ignored my request of removing shoes when entering the house. This applies to the plumber who did not even need to enter my home as I have opened the garage way to the water heater situated outside! Not only did he refuse to remove his filthy shoes, but stomps on my clean floor rugs as well. And then has the audacity to say “Well at least you have hot water now.”

I'd rather never ever have hot water then to encounter them again! It's ridiculous to have to endure this “Bullying” and basically rude attitude when you're the one actually paying for service. I'd say “Bye bye and off you go. I don't care if my house falls to bits but I'm not hiring from this company again!”

We had a number of powerpoints and tv points moved throughout the house, and an outdoor powerpoint installed.
We contacted this business after a recommendation by a friend. The only negative was that the job was estimated to take 4 hours, the electrician came mid afternoon so had to come back a few days later. This could have been better planned.
We were very happy with the work done, the communication with the office and the electrician was excellent and I would certainly use them again.

We had a few jobs done around the house. Quoting process was easy and obligation free. It was arranged quickly and quickly communicated to me. We had the plumber come and put in the dishwasher which was done with no issues. He tested the dishwasher to ensure there were no leaks etc. We also had the electrician from the same business come in to put in a door bell, outdoor power point and a light for the under stair storage. The electrician asked and checked with me every step of the way that where he wanted to position switches etc was ok before proceeding. Very happy with the job done. They even cleaned up a little afterwards which was a bonus.

Sent a junior plumber who didn't understand the problem. Spent one hour explaining the problem to his boss in the office, 15 mins inspection and 45 mins looking for his tools in his van,
