I’ve come to this store for five years and the love they have the best selection of baby goods. The ladies know there stuff and spend time going though it with you.

I ordered an uppababy rumble seat (which was hard to find the colour I was after as it got discontinued); Dana was great in locating one for me and organised delivery. The order was put in on a Thursday and I received it the following Monday. Great service, will be shopping here again!

Have been to Twinkle Tots a few times for baby items and Jo and her team has always been very friendly and helpful with our needs. If they’re not too busy they’re always happy to have a chat and get to know you. Thank you for the lovely experience.

We went to twinkle tots to purchase a pram for our first baby, we found the staff very helpful and friendly! Whilst we were there we found some great decor (woolen dinosaur seat). Very happy with the service!

Popped into Twinkle Tots Northcote for a quick browse and came across Jo the shop attendant who was super helpful. Her advice and knowledge on anything baby related was amazing !

I have repeatedly tried contacting this business with no response ever. First just after placing my order at least twice by email and by phone no response to either. I have again tried sending emails to get assistance with an issue but still no reply. I have had my item just over a month and now it is unusable and I can not get a reply. I most definitely would not recommend this business and have no clue how they could possibly hold a good customer service award as there is simply no customer service whatsoever. A response or phone call would have been nice.

Excellent service with a wide variety of products. And their after service is fantastic. After having to clean my pram, i was having troubles trying to fix the back adjustment. I took it it to see what could be done and it was fixed in a matter of minutes. And a simple mistake on my part, i was not made to feel silly (although i did feel it!) instead just shown how to fix again.
I have bought a pram & portacot from here, as well as some other products. The service has been great every time.

Service at Twinkle Tots is always above and beyond. Our pram (purchased almost 2 yrs ago) is happily serviced at and wise advice given freely! Play pen for busy toddler also appreciated so you can concentrate on the job at hand! Will continue to recommend Twinkle Tots

Exceptional service. I bought an Uppa baby double pram here a few years ago and although I have been happy with the pram, the service at this outlet has been outstanding - immediate attention to any problems that have come up, I highly recommend this shop

To start with, the customer service I received at Twinkle Tots was exceptional. The ladies knew what they were talking about and were incredibly helpful. What really made my day being there was that they could interpret my 'exhausted, having a bad day, unable to speak coherently' babble and provide exactly what i needed (which was some on the spot pram repairs). I was really impressed. Finally to add, Twinkle Tots is a really lovely store to shop in with beautiful stock and products. Just lovely!
