When I first saw Twinkle Tots, I thought i'd never go there as there was no way they could ever compete with the big stores. Boy was I wrong. They ended up beating every price on my pram, pram accessories, change table, high chair and lots of other baby products. I'm always amazed at the range and options they have in every product, they usually even have more options than the big stores.

But the best thing about Twinkle Tots is the staff; No matter how busy they are, they always have time for you. They are so knowledgeable, and aren't trying to push any brand your way, they care about you and whats best for you and your baby. They have helped me so much through my baby's hip dysplasia, padding up my pram, car seat, helping me put together some sorta high chair and seat. This was amazing, so much more help than the doctors and the hospital, and all done for free. thank you so much, I wouldn't have coped or got through it with out you guys.

I'm now due again in June with a boy and not going to even look anywhere else for all my next baby stuff.

Received excellent customer services at Twinkle Tots. Staff aren't pretentious like I have found at other baby shops which I usually try and avoid! My husband told me about this store and I am happy to say I will definitely go back without hesitation. Prices were good and the staff were amazing with their product knowledge and with our little boy. Purchased new pram, sheets, bed, matress, high chair, snacks, and toys just to name a few!

I dropped in for the first time yesterday. The sevice was amazing. So nice to go somewhere that you can get real help when buying baby supplies.

A great shop with an amazing and very helpful staff. The staff genuinely wants to help - I was once told I didn't need something I was about to buy and given advice on how to do without it. I love going there because I feel no one is there to sell me stuff I don't really need (something that tends to happen in the baby industry). Also they have a great variety of everything!

We had such a great experience at Twinkle Tots that we had to write a review to thank them. So lovely to deal with and they went above and beyond with the perfect service. We don't even live near the area but will be driving over just to visit the store for any future purchases.

I have always believed Twinkle Tots staff to be experienced, knowledgeable and helpful but they have now gone above and beyond. I had a pram that needed urgent repair and the factory insisted it was not warrantable. The ladies at Twinkle Tots fought for my case and in the end I only needed to pay a small fee and got a brand new pram in exchange. Thank you ladies at Twinkle Tots for your exceptional professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend them for any of your baby needs.

This has been my go to shop since having my two babies. A one-stop shop! And the ladies are extremely helpful and give honest advice and feedback. I always trust them when I shop there and walk away very satisfied. Highly recommended!

Great service and super friendly staff. Not just trying to sell you stuff you don't need. Helpful and will go out of their way. I am pregnant with twins and they have experience with this and told me what I needed and what I didn't need. Really affordable pricing and great range. Certainly don't need to shop anywhere else as I can get everything in the one place. So far I've gotten all my furniture and travel items from there and will be going back for anything else I need. Highly recommended!

I am extremely impressed with the service at Twinkle Tots! Jo and Dana made my family and I feel like we have known them for ages and felt well looked after! I was at my wits end after months of research and trying different combinations of infant seats to fit 3 in my car! Buying a new car was soon to become an option (expensively) before I got an unexpected call from Jo who said she had a seat which she believed would be the answer to my problem! She didn't need to call me....she had my phone number from a query I had made days before, but she remembered me and my dilemma and called with an alternative! So 3 infant car seats and a pram later my dilemma was resolved! They were the cheapest and had everything in stock. Everything was resolved in a matter of an hour! I had to visit some other major stockists 3 to 4 times and still walked out confused and more stressed than when I first walked in! Jo and Dana you are a credit to Twinkle Tots and the baby goods industry! I will definitely be back! Thank you again!
