Shop assistants know the products and can give helpful advice. You can go straight to the desk and ask for what you want and they will go and get the various options for you and explain each one. Makes shopping with a baby easy.

I had purchased a pram that came with a foot cover. Roughly 180 dollars for the foot cover. I had misplaced it while leaving the store. The ladies gave me a free one a few days later. Was suprised they did not charge me. Was very grateful. I also love the selections they have and the price is much cheaper than elsewhere. I have bought almost all my baby stuff here for 3 children.

I had an fantastic customer service experience at this store. I strongly recommend them for the service, quality and value they provide. I say this because when I took our pram in for repairs and washing the fabric shrank and they chased all over Australia for a replacement pram. Which they provided at no charge.

I originally purchased a pram 3 and a half years ago which was unfortunately faulty. It was no longer in stock so they happily guided me again in the purchase of another pram. There was a slight $$ difference. But they told me not to worry. Today i went back as the brakes needed to be replaced. Joanne was lovely....not only did she remember me...but she replaced my whole axle at no charge. Wow!!!!
You don't get this friendly, genuine and attentive service anywhere anymore. I've always recommended them, and always will.

Twinkle Tots in Northcote is the best for anything baby and toddler. Dana and Joanne are extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and won't talk anyone into buying the most expensive product nor will they push you into buying something from them. They stock a wide range of carefully chosen products. I've been shopping here for 4.5 years and keep coming back as I know not only will they have what I'm looking for, they will have several brands or styles to choose from, they take the time to show me how the product works and what it's best features are ( or limitations) and respect that I may not actually always be buying that day. I am constantly recommending this store to everyone that is having a baby.
