I must admit we moved out of the area over 12 months ago. We still go back to this store because of the amazing service we have always received over the years.
I have no hesitation in recommending this family owned and family friendly store. Do yourself a favour and let these ladies look after you.

I have 3 year old twins and live in the south east. I have bypassed all other baby stores in my area to make the trip to the ladies at Twinkle Tots in Northcote.
Their knowledge, experience and service is outstanding. They are honest and so helpful I cannot say enough about them.

I have just entered my 3rd trimester and am ready to furnish my entire nursery. First baby so I'm so excited. I recommended by a friend to visit Twinkle Tots to get all my furniture. I live a fair distance from the store so I decided to phone them in order to find out whether they had the items I wanted to buy in-stock.

The experience here was horrendous. My call was answered by the rudest lady I've ever come across in retail... and I was shocked to discover she was the manager!!!

Before I'd even asked whether the items were in stock for me to have a look at she very ABRUPTLY told me (like a teacher telling off a pupil) that she had no idea who i was and would not give me any prices. I was shocked as I wasn't even planning to ask that. I just wanted to see everything and not waste my time by driving all the way for nothing.

I work in retail and know that it's an extremely hard industry due to the increase in people shopping online... Customers are so crucial to ensuring that bricks and mortar stores survive but if this is the way this store treats prospective customers then they don't deserve to keep trading.

Shopping for my first baby is meant to be an exciting and rewarding experience. But this store has slapped me in the face with their accusing attitude. I have just spent the last 3 weeks selling shoes, clothing and other items in my wardrobe that I no longer need in order to save some funds to furnish the baby's room. I will not be spending this hard earned money at Twinkle Tots. This store should be ashamed of themselves.

Has a great range of baby clothes from new born to toddlers. Everything you need for a baby they have. Known name brands. I always shop thete when i need to buy a present for a new born baby. Parents are aleays impressed with their gifts.
