I would not even send my worse enemy to this company. Yesterday I phoned them and was placed on hold for 3 hrs and mins. If they can't answer a phone within an hour how bad is the rest of the business?

Cant beat the call costs. 0 cents to anywhere in Australia untimed. Just pay $9.95 for plan and $5 extra for Free National calls. Bill used to be $300 plus and now its only about $40.

I'm on a Telstra Home Basic plan as I use VOIP to make calls. So I only pay them $19.95 per month. last time they played with our line we ended up receiving someone else's calls and they received ours. Great Hey. Took 2 days to fix something that simple.

Have had no surveys at all just 5 cent reward mail. Which means it take ages for you to be able to claim anything. I have been a member for over 6 months and still only have $17 worth of reward points

A C Nielsen aka Dunn and Bradstreet - Not many surveys sent but what surveys are sent you get great rewards for doing. No cash claiming of rewards. If you claim a Coles Gift Card and use it for shopping it great.

By no means a classy place to buy computer parts. But you will find it hard to beat their prices on computers parts because of low overheads. No delivery service. Pick Up only. Long waits at peak times.

Not very good technical support. Great prices on plans provided. No fees on upgrading or downgrading your plan out of contract. Helps if you know what you should be getting from your service if you use them.
