We had a 5days of leaky water hose (hot) flooding every room. Cheryl and the guys have removed replaced repaired painted and fixed something in EVERY room of this big house.
Skirts plaster wall kitchen cupboards steps ensuite cupboards.
We were told when to expect trades and asked if that suited, if the was a problem we knew as soon as they did - usually in advance.
Don't let anyone kid you it can be done in 2weeks but I will say it could not have been done quicker, or better than thru the guys we had.

I have been dealing with Unique Building Services and cannot believe any insurance company can want to be associated with them. The supposedly tradesmen they have sent are handymen at best. The company’s communication skills are just as bad. I am waiting for a brick wall to be secured from falling over and constantly having to call them as to what is going on. The insurer Comminsure is just as bad. Unique Building Services called me late in the afternoon to say the power was to be disconnected for the wall supports to be installed without any notice for the tenants that were living there. I told UBS not to disconnect the power but they went ahead and removed the power which I had to get reconnected. They were supposed to be then arranging covers for the cables so work could be done but canceled the arrangements with citipower for this work to be done. This has put the supports on hold once again.
The condition of the wall has got worse due to the endless delays from both parties. In short I would never recommend Comminsure and Unique Building Services.

If I could give no stars I would. If your insurance company tells you that they have employed this company to do your repairs/renovations tell them “no”. RACV employed this company to do repair works to my home. Telephone calls and emails were rarely returned. Some of the staff were rude and had absolutely no compassion for someone who had just experienced significant storm damage from a tree that came through their roof from another property. They continually and in my opinion, on purpose delayed this repair with their incompetence. It took them 6 goes to get the Scope of Works correct!!! They ignored what a structural engineer had told them had to be included. I ended up having to take the insurance company to AFCA and get them to deal with this. This nightmare went for nearly 8 months and is finally completed. The renovation that was to take 2 weeks took nearly 9!!!!! The sub-contractors did a great job but the plaster work and painting left a lot to be desired. Still not happy with the plaster work but am so over it that I am not going to bother anymore. My nightmare is finally over and I never want to deal with this company ever again. I hope no one else has to go through what I did.

We have just had work completed by UBS..with Cheryl and Grant and we could not be happier with the great job they have all done!! Grant was excellent to deal with and the boys were amazing..great work and cleaned up thoroughly after every job! We highly recommend this company..and Thank You!!

Unique building services were nominated to look after their claim afternoon earthquake I have to continually call him to keep pushing this claim each step of the way every time they’re scheduled to cool they just do not cool and you left to call them. This is lead to a really strong out process and I am one step away from calling RACV to nominate a different builder.

I found ubs to be very professional and their tradies provided a great service I was very happy with the finished product after having a major water leak

We recently had a dishwasher hose blow off, the hot water ran for three hours before being discovered. Extensive damage to the kitchen cupboards & benches. RACV appointed UBS to carry out the work & placing Jarrod Lees as Project Manager, I am more than satisfied with the way the restoration was carried out & the communications that transpired during that time, I would not hesitate to recommend UBS to future clients.

As a result of damage caused by a break in, UBS was assigned to me by insurance company. Was more more than satisfied in all aspects of service they provide, from initial attendance and follow progress calls and quality of tradesmen they organised. Could not fault them at all.
