Despite a variety of damage to my property from the recent hail damage, I was fortunately passed on to UBS by my insurance co. where I have had efficient and friendly help organised by Jo-Anna Ferguson, my Project Coordinator.
The roofer Barrie has been extraordinarily kind and careful negotiating my very old, brittle roof and each unfortunate consequence from the hail has been steadily and reasonably attended to.

We would like to say that we are wonderfully satisfied with the work done to our home and to say that the young men who carried out the work were very polite and respectful , we would highly recommend this service to everyone,

They are highly recommended. Our beautiful and high quality double story home was insured with AAMI home insurance. During a stormy night our tiles on the balcony was damaged and AAMI chose UBS to repair the damaged tiles. We highly recommend Unique Building Services to any home or business owner and insurance company.

Really disappointed with the LACK of customer service.....deplorable !!!
I Called back 'Unique Building Services' after receiving a call for an assessment on my roof.
I was told the girl was on the other line and did I want to hold..or..receive a call back when she got off the phone. I chose the latter and waited over an HOUR !!
I then called back and the girl told me that YES she HAD received the call an hour ago...but...then went to LUNCH..? !!!! (whilst I was waiting for a call back?)
I then rang back to speak to the manager...who was also VERY rude and used the excuse that they were short staffed and VERY busy......not to busy to go to LUNCH though eh..?
I am VERY busy too....!!!!!
