After many quotesI resigned myself to compromising on quality and product. As a last hope I stumbled across V Custom Blinds and contacted them. I was amazed. Their response was almost immediate even late at night and the help was better than any I had got elsewhere. The prices were a third of the others and the delivery time was unbelievable (I actually didn't believe it). I was provided with prompt, thorough answers to questions, even a phone call to discuss things in more depth and emailed links to help explain. I placed my order (for the product and quality I had assumed was unaffordable) and in less than 2 weeks I had my blinds. They were exactly as described and so easy to install. You just can't beat the service and prices!

I was looking for timber blinds for a some time now, then I came across this site on ebay that all I had to do was measure my windows and send them the sizes and they would send a quote back, so I did and after 15min I reacieved one back asking afew more questions about what they were going to be mounted on (timber or brick), what colour and what side I wanted to control cords. So I returned all that a wanted and 20min after I reacieved an email back with a quote which I was happy with as it was a lot cheaper than other ones I had looked at, anyway I said to go ahead with it and 2 weeks later they where delivered to my front door. I installed them the following weekend, which didn't take long at all, as they were easy to install and they look great. Very happy with them. Thank you Stratos an ill happily recommend your blinds to anyone.

Living remote WA in Kalgoorlie with awkward window sizes we found V Custom Blinds on line. I could not recommend this Company more highly! Ticked all the boxes. Great prices, outstanding customer service, prompt delivery. My husband installed them and we are both thrilled with how simple install and the quality of the blinds. 10 out of 10!

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Stratos, I had got quotes from many Blind companies which all came back around the same price and very expensive. I finally found Stratos who was so helpful. He talked me through the correct way of measuring my windows as they weren't standard size and discussed exactly what I needed. His quote was almost half the price of my other quotes !! He kept in constant contact through the whole process, was patient and a delight to work with. I chose to install myself so when my blinds arrived in less then a fortnight!! I rang Stratos and he again talked me through the instillation with the aid of simple instructions provided with the Blinds. I was AMAZED how they fitted perfectly and just snapped straight in. The blinds were better quality than others I had seen and were finished beautifully. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with stratos and I would highly recommend his services. Anne
